History

Established in 2012.

The Serrano family has been catering delicious food for generations in the Detroit area. Now this time honored family tradition of amazing food, fun and impeccable catering service has come to Minnesota! We offer only the best home made great tasting food like hand rolled meat balls to our signature fresh ravioli along with homemade sausage. Our family takes great pride in the preparation for your event from picking our own produce from local farmers markets to preparing all our world famous sauces and old family recipes from scratch. We know your big day is very important and because of that we prepare your food with a passion and care as if we were cooking for our own family. Food is our life, it is how we express ourselves as we have for generations and we look forward to have the opportunity to do this for you.
