History

Established in 2005.

In 2005 Jeff Gilbertson purchased MN Door Systems/​Midwest Specialty Equipment and changed the name to Gilbertson Door Systems, which was incorporated in 2007. Jeff Gilbertson worked for MN Door Systems for many years prior to purchasing the business, which allowed him to gain experience in the garage door industry. Jeff is extremely meticulous in his work and expects the same of any service technicians he hires. Gilbertson Door Systems Inc is a family owned business that takes pride in it work and treats every customer like family.

Meet the Manager

Shannon G.

Manager

Shannon started with Gilbertson Door Systems in 2007 and aided in it’s incorporation process. She has extensive experience in customer service and strives to help educate customers allowing them to make informed decisions about their products. Shannon efficiently manages all aspects of the business including, sales, scheduling, customer service, marketing, web design, AP and AR. Jeff and Shannon were married in 2008 and run the business together. Shannon recently received a degree in business at Anoka Ramsey Community College to further the skills needed to operate a successful business.
