A+ Tina’s TLC Pet Boarding Sitting & Walking

I am greatly disappointed with the service from Tina’s A+ TLC Pet Boarding, Sitting, & Walking. Actually, disappointment is an understatement. I am furious with the level of service and stress that we experienced.
Tina was inconsistent with pricing and availability, the kennels were dirty and my dogs were not given the attention & private room as promised (one of my pooches is seizure prone and privacy was essential). Our pooches were in the main kennel with other dogs at pick up, and Tina said, «no point in heating another room.» … (Jaw dropping, utter disbelief on my part here, as Tina’s first assurance was that we’d booked her private boarding room…)
To quote my mom, «it felt like we abandoned them at the dog pound.» This was disheartening as we did not have time to find an alternative boarder, and it planted an unsettling feeling while we were on our trip. Finally, the bill at pick up was more that Tina had quoted, she apparently forgot about her «second dog discount.» Lovely, just lovely.
I wish there was a «zero star» rating, as that about sums up the level of professionalism I experienced.
