Touch of the Mountain Christmas Trees

I just found out my mom’s Christmas tree order was cancelled, the day before Thanksgiving. She was excitedly expecting the tree today so that we could decorate it as a family on Friday. I won’t be able to be with my family this year for Christmas, so this was going to be very special for my mom.
Now, in the scramble of preparations before the holiday, my mom has to find a way to get a Christmas tree on her own. If Touch of the Mountain had let my mom know earlier she could have more easily made arrangements to get another tree. I realize the weather is inclement, but this was a known weather situation for several days. Customers should have been warned there may be delays. Timing during the holidays is important, especially when your business relies on the holiday season for income. We will not trust this company with our order again. Perhaps the situation would be different had we been given more warning and time to make other arrangements.
