History

Established in 1971.

I Started with Prudential Insurance in 1971 at the age of 20. During my 13+ years at Prudential I learned a lot about preparing a budget and a financial planning. From the beginning I believed in teaching people about the benefits of insurance and I shared this new knowledge freely with my clients.

I Moved to Allstate in 1983. I was awarded the Forecaster award, Agent of the month, Honor Ring, Chairman’s Circle, Life Millionaire, and Medallion of Honor. People can tell when you really care about them and the financial issues that affect them. In 2002 Woodel Insurance & Financial Services started as an Independent Brokerage representing dozens of companies. We work with over 100 companies doing all types of Insurance, Bonds and Retirement plans. My motto has been «Professional Service with a Personal Touch» for 43 years now. And in 2011, 2012 and 2013 we were Voted the Best Insurance Services in Elk Grove.

Hello my name is David Woodel aka the «Insurance Doctor». I live and work in Elk Grove Ca. but we do business border to border in California. I love being an Insurance Broker and Financial Advisor. I have sold insurance for 42 years and enjoy playing chess and outdoor sports of all types. I support the Boy Scouts and am a Eagle Scout myself.

At Woodel Insurance we are known for teaching our clients about the Insurance policies they are buying. Our clients love the fact that we take the time to explain the policy benefits to them.

When I shop insurance for you my goal is to «Find the Best policy for the Best Price that fits your needs».

Many people don’t realize that Insurance policies can differ in the benefits they offer. One common myth is that all insurance policies are the same and the cheapest is best.
