Second Generation Carpet Cleaning

This is the second time I have had Abel come and do his magic on my carpets. I have a sweet rescue dog that is deathly afraid of EVERYTHING. Recently when the storm came through Elk Grove, with LOTS of thunder, and my dog was too chicken to go outside to relieve herself. So, she did it in the house (in multiple places). 6 months ago, the same thing happened but worse, and that’s how I found Abel.
Our family use to run a carpet cleaning business, so I am pretty particular when it comes to carpets. Since this was out of my «little green machine’s» capabilities, I decided to try Second Generation. I am so glad I did. Abel and his wife Rebecca are amazing. She squeezed me in, since I had company coming, and Abel did a fantastic job! He wears booties to protect the carpet and made sure everything was right before he left. I was SO happy!
If you have pets that have had accidents, you know that urine is almost impossible to get out of carpet. A few days later some of the urine smell returned. Abel came back out and retreated the area. (because it stays in the padding) it’s a blessing to have my house clean and fresh again. I can’t tell you how professional they are, and always happy and caring. Never once did he make me feel like it was a chore to come back out. I tried them based on all the comments here, and so I am adding my voice to what a great company they are. :) He saved me from having to replace my carpet.
