Great Jewelry store! Great selection of watches and very nice staff. I came in today to have some links removed from my new Fossil Watch; Shane was here to help, and I was very pleased with the results, quick and easy!

Excellent staff and excellent service. We will definitely return to this store for all of our jewerly needs. We were impressed with the thoughtfulness of the staff and the no pushy sales feeling.

Beautiful jewelry and high tech equipment that allows you to custom make the ideal gift… Kevin and Shane were very helpful and customer service oriented… I give it three stars because when I was ready to put down my money, admittedly four thousand dollars is not a tremendous amount of money, Angelina stepped in to help with the transaction and was by far one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. I cannot imagine having a high end business and employing somebody with such a rude personality.

Upon walking in here 8 minutes before the store was closing on a Saturday evening, I thought I was going to be directed out. To my surprise, I was immediately helped out by a very friendly man who approached me first: Todd.
Todd immediately asked what I needed, and I had to get my mom’s battery changed on 2 of her watches. I know nothing about watches, and he asked me a question about it, and I couldn’t say an answer. Todd joked around with me about my parents but it was funny!
Once again, I came into the store EIGHT MINUTES before it was closing. I thought I was going to get kicked out, or helped by an unfriendly associate who wouldn’t like my presence. Todd still changed the batteries on mom’s watches. It was done in a timely manner as well! I was in and out in about 10 minutes. When he was done changing the batteries, he talked with me about where I’m going to school and whatnot.
I also noticed that the store has a wide variety of watches, neckalces, rings, you name it. For both men and women as well! There is an abundance of workers at this place. No wonder why it is called a ‘superstore’.
When I asked how much the changed batteries on the watches were going to be, Todd said I didn’t have to pay for it. He wanted me to save it for school (Yes, I am a broke college student), and spend it on other things that will benefit me in the future. I thought this was very touching and made me very happy. He told me if my parents come in to Rogers next time, then just let them ask for Roger. He’d be happy to help them.
This was definitely a great and certainly helpful experience. I didn’t know it’d ended up like this but truly, Todd you are amazing! Will be coming back for my jewelry needs (when I have money, ya know).

I need to have my watch batteries replace. The lady on the phone said it will cost between $ 10-​$ 15. Went to the store and Art helped me. When he finished, I asked where I can pay for the batteries, he said «don’t worry about it.» Happy I didn’t get charge for the batteries. Will come back here next time for some little jewelry shopping. Ask for Art — nice guy!

I have boughten all of my diamonds here and I have never been disappointed! Their customer service is superb! If you go in there ask for Todd Mayo he is your man!!!

My fiancé and I bought our engagement and wedding bands from Rogers Jewelers in Elk Grove. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Shane is the man who helped us every time we’re there. He definitely know his diamonds and jewelry. They also have an amazing designer who can customize anything you want. We had experience it first hand. We are very happy with all of our purchases and look forward to do business with them again. Rogers Jewelers has gain two faithful customers.

I had gone into Rogers about a month ago asking to have two very special pieces of jewelry sized and fixed for me. They were both extremely meaningful items that I had hoped they could work on before a couple of days of when I wanted to wear them for a funeral service. Right as I walked in I was greeted and then a man by Todd Mayo helped me with my request. He was extremely friendly and was trying to figure out how quickly they could get my two items in and when they would be finished. During that process, his coworker Stephanie Martinez came up to me to and asked how I was doing and was very sweet and genuine. Leaving that day, Todd told me that they would try and have my items finished before the weekend was over because I was hoping to have them done before Monday and I came in on a Friday. A couple of hours later I received a phone call from Stephanie informing me that they were able to have both of my items fixed and I could pick them up that same day! When I came back to Rogers, they both welcomed me and gave me my necklace and ring. They had taken care of everything for me and I still cannot express that gratitude I have for them. They were so sweet and caring to make my one request happen. This is an example that there are great people in the world, because an establishment went above and beyond to make sure one customer was satisfied. To say that I received great customer service is an understatement. They made myself feel special and took care of me to make sure I could have these meaningful items for such a hard day. I cannot thank them enough and I will always come to this jeweler for anything that I need because of such an amazing experience I had with them. Thank you Todd and Stephanie!

Highly recommend place to get all your jewelry. Only guy i go see is Kevin. Very knowledgable about everything they have in stock and he wont stop until he finds the right one for you. He definately got me a good deal on my wife’s ring. I spent thousands of dollar at this store and it was worth every penny i spent. Very satisfied customer and so is my wife. Princess cut diamond is a girls best friend. =)

5 stars for absolutely one of the best customer services I’ve had. As soon as I came in, I was greeted and helped by a gentleman by the name of Todd. He was nice and asked what I needed. I told him I needed one watch fitted and another the battery to be replaced, and he said he could do that for me. I left happy with a smile on my face because of the conversations we had and service that he provided.

I left Rogers Jewelry Superstore in Elk Grove educated, satisfied and with two rings. We were looking at an «affordable» price point we had decided on as compared to the superduperboxdiscountclub stores as well as other mall and stand-​alone jewelers. Where most were selling rings full of chips that added up to this or that «TCW», we opted for a clean solitaire. We ended up with a ring below our budget that she really likes which is what counted. She was so happy, she got my band there a few minutes later.
Todd was the gentleman that helped us and he did so in a no-​BS fashion. He listened enough to know what experience would work best for me and balanced that with his knowledge of my wife’s previous shopping history at Rogers. He did help me save her from a ring full of shiny chips. Because I could sense a trust bond between my wife and Todd, I was able to relax without dropping my need to be a savvy, never-​pay-​retail shopper.
My wife loves her solitaire wedding ring and I like my fat 18K white gold wedding band.

My fiancé and I originally purchased his ring at a different jeweler and when I went to pick it up just 2 weeks before the wedding (it took 4 to get it custom done) it was the WRONG ring. After many tears I returned that ring and accepted the fact that we wouldn’t have a ring for our wedding.
Then we went to Rogers and George (who’s awesome) helped us pick out a new ring. They said the quickest they’ve EVER gotten a ring was in 15 days and we needed ours in 9 days… but we bought a ring from them and they gave us the sample ring with a spacer in it so we would have something for the wedding… super sweet.
THEN they called us yesterday and they have his ring in, in his size, 1 day before we need it! SO AMAZING! They’ve have a long time customer in us! I couldn’t be happier with every part of the service!

Place is nice. Not sure if there prices are competitive, seem a little high and never go on sale. Most associates are great.

The gentleman that works there was nice … very helpful and gave me some great advice. The girls, however, were very rude and stuck up. Rude salesperson equals no sales!!!

I haven’t bought any jewelry from these guys yet, buy my dad and I always bring our watches and other jewelry to be repaired here since they have a jewelry repairman right on site.
The store itself is actually quite large an has a great selection. My birthstone is amethyst and I want to eventually get an amethyst ring or pendant and they seem to have quite a bit to choose from.
The people that work here are always friendly and attentive and seem to know their stuff when it comes to jewelry. The location is also convenient too for Elk Grove.

The staff is so friendly here. My husband and I have bought a few pieces here and they have been great to us. They always remember us and ask us how we are doing. When I come in they always clean my jewelry, even the pieces that I didn’t buy there. They have a nice selection of jewelry and sometime even have designer events where you can meet the designers which is awesome. We attended such an event when we were looking for my wedding band and a designer was able to design me a ring that fit my engagement ring perfectly. We are so pleased with the customer service, selection and price! I would definitely recommend visiting them.
