Here at Millers Milling we specialize in reclaiming urban trees from local tree company’s.

99% of all trees removed from the Sacramento valley end up in the chipper.

Beautiful woods like Redwood and Black Walnut and many many others we have intercepted and produced beautiful live edge slabs, boards, and even mantles.

and we don’t just have a few, we have almost 1000 slabs in our 2500 Sq Ft showroom here in Elk Grove, Ca. all reasonable priced.

History

Established in 2013.

Two years ago I told my lovely wife I wanted to buy a sawmill and sell live edge slabs.

the machine was a big investment for us and being the smart level headed gal she is she put here foot down, she thought I lost my mind! but I kept showing facts and presenting scenarios and being smart she finally agreed. the last thing she said to me was «your dreams are my dreams» a month later we had our brand new 12 foot band saw.

I sourced and cut wood like a madman for the next 18 Mo. producing 20,000 Bf of very high quality Redwood and Claro Black Walnut slabs, boards, mantles, and custom cuts.

In 2015 we opened Millers Milling as a storefront here in Elk Grove CA.
