Some Metro PCS stores are independently owned, as is this one. Even though I didn’t buy my phone there, they treated me like a long valued customer. Everyone was great!

Ghetro may be the very worst company ever for ‘customer service’. You can’t reach a live human being on their customer service line. When you go into the store — in particular this Elk Grove store — most customers know more than the employees working there. The employees change like a revolving door and their answers vary depending on who you talk to and what day it is… I asked if a phone bill had been paid, they acted like they typed it up in a computer and told me the amount was still due. 15 minutes later I find out the bill WAS paid. I go back to the store to be told NOREFUNDS. But that if I wanted to drive over to the Franklin store they would give me a refund. I drive over there, wait for 45 minutes only to be told NOREFUNDS. They have reset my voicemail passcode when I opted out of some services. And then acted like I was the idiot because I didn’t realize that the default passcode was 9999. Why even reset it? Yeah, unlimited plans are great. No contracts rock. But at what cost? I have thrown up my hands in utter disgust. Particularly since I have complained in writing and didn’t even get a response. To hell with Metro. I have resigned with Verizon and once I can ween my clients over to the new number I am dumping their sorry asses. No wonder they are called Ghetro PCS(Piece of Crap Service)!!
