Having been one of the first customers«YEARS» ago, the week they opened and signing up w/the owner-I have always been pleased… UNTIL you try to get out of an auto pay system and cancel your membership. JUNE of this year, I went in and cancelled membership with employee. I spent the next 4 months fighting between the «ASF Int.», Maui., my bank, and then wrote the owner ~Donovan for his assistance. I believe I did everything(and than some) required from a customer to cancel their membership. No reply from the owner, the company still got my money $ 83.08 for services I cancelled 4 months ago! Today, I get a notice that my acct is finally canceled, BUT, there will not be any refund for the four months it took them to do their job! If you go there pay cash !!! DONOT become a member — it is an act of GOD to get it cancelled, and you’ll never see your money for the time it took you, THECUSTOMER to cancel. TFORESTER

I just got home from tanning. The radio did not work, when I came out to tell the guy working there he said I know. Wish he told me, I would have asked for a different room!!! He was to busy playing games on the computer. The samples of lotion they have that clearly say NOTFORRESALE they charge you $ 5 each. This is the new Maui Tan on Elk Grove Blvd. Very bad service.
