Jeff was not a good agent. He took full advantage of me as a new home buyer. He was difficult to work with, rude and arrogant. He failed to provide accurate information and made statements about the condition of the home he had no experience or background in estimating. He would provide password locked electronic documents and request for signatures with the password preventing that and was clueless on how to correct it. He made the situation way more stressful and only did what he needed to in order to maximize his commission and close the deal. I believe he had prior knowledge of issues within the house and worked to deceive me in understanding the real condition of the home. I am certain this is his regular practice and he actively has negative reviews removed to mislead future clients into thinking he’s reliable.
