I had a wonderful experience here at Design Dental, despite the fact that I always dislike dental visits. The receptionists are real nice here on all my visits. My last dentist I gone to, I had to wait 45 minutes each appointment sitting in the chair waiting for someone to come see me (I still don’t understand why it takes so long when I’m on time with my appointments?). Anyway, not here they are good with being on time and always coming to check on me. Also I’m always afraid of needle, but Dr. Patrick made me feel comfortable that I barely felt any pain with the shot. I’m giving a four stars because of their hours. Dr. Patrick is only there Tuesday and Thursday so it’s hard to have an appointment outside of those two dates.

The worst dental office I have ever been to. Too minimal front staff — the one older lady in front is completely lackluster, doesent know how to do her job, on personal phone calls during business hours, rarely return phone calls as promised, etc. Dr. Patrick is awful. She’s hard to understand, she has no professionalism, and is NOT a good dentist. She doesent know what she is doing, she is rude with no bedside manner. I questioned Dr. Patrick’s expertise right out the gate. I feel like she is off the mark on diagnosing what is going on and speaks negatively about other dental professionals and makes comments like they don’t know what their doing. Very tacky. She also has no empathy for the folks who cannot afford all the outrageous dental work she suggests. Sorry we all can’t afford thousands of dollars of dental work lady. I had to argue with her about this. I didn’t even think all she suggested was even warranted or needed. I don’t see how this place stays open to be honest. Hours are odd and inconvenient. Dr. Patrick works like 2-​days a week. No evening hours, no weekends. Awful. I’m just convinced this lady got her dental degree from a Cracker Jack box. I will never come here again.

The current dentist I go and see is Dr. Perreira (Sergio), however two weeks ago I went in on an emergency with one of my family members and I got to see Dr. Patrick. I learned that she and Dr. Perreira are brother and sister and that it is a family business. Ever since I saw how Dr. Patrick works, I decided to make her my primary dentist. She is professional, knowledgeable and she explains everything about each procedure. This place is great because they reward you if you bring in new patients with $ 50 credit. The dental assistants are very nice and make me feel comfortable. The receptionist on the other hand is some thing else. She had a terrible attitude the last time I was here and she kept trying to pressure us to go with an expensive procedure. I dislike that she goes on the phone with insurance companies and places them on speakerphone. It is important to keep information confidential, and that is something the receptionist doesn’t seem to understand. It’s unfortunate that this place gets bad reviews because of the receptionist. To anyone reading this review, I highly recommend Dr. Patrick. Just be warned that the receptionist may not be fun to deal with.

If you’re an older patient, think twice about this place and Dr. Patrick. Besides the fact that she is difficult to understand, she made me jump through so many hoops that she wouldn’t fix my broken jagged tooth that was tearing up my tongue. Had to give her phone numbers of doctors who had previously treated me for cancer over 5 years ago. She never called me back to schedule any further appointments but did take $ 10 for a co-​pay after doing nothing. Called and left message but no call back. If at all possible, research the area for other dentists besides this place. I’ve subsequently gone to another local dentist!

I got my braces here with Dr. Patrick two years ago. And the results after two years were beyond amazing. I absolutely love my teeth. Dr. Patrick is an amazing dentist and a person. She works very well with all her patients. The staff is professional, kind and friendly. I would highly recommend Design Dental to all my family and friends. Thank you Dr. Patrick for an amazing smile you gave me. I can finally be not so conscious about my smile. Great staff and even better service!

Absolutely love this dental office. Every time I come in, I am treated like I’m the only patient here, and they can get pretty busy. The staff is professional and kind. Dr. Pereira totally rocks. Thanks Design Dental for meeting all my oral hygiene needs!

I was very afraid to visit the dentist after a bad experience I had at another dental office, I found Dr Sergio Pereria through delta dental web site and gave him a try and I can honestly say I need to look no further for a Dental provider — He was professinal, very skilled and knowlefgable and kept me informed of what he was working on. The office staff were attentive and on time, and the best part of all was they did not try to gouge me with extra services I didnt need just to make a buck like some other locations do, they treated me great and didnt rip me off, I will be staying with this dentist for the long term and would recommend them to others in a heartbeat !! Recently needed an extraction. Called TONS of Dentists offices to get prices and procedures because I was paying cash. Design Dental had the absolute lowest prices. They have a very clean office with all new equipment and machines. Was able to get an appointment immediately and had the tooth removed just after consultation.
