Cozy Spa and Nails

I am beyond thrilled to find a salon that use the chemical-​free dipping powder. Nancy was amazing. Very gentle with my nails and very detail oriented. My nails are beautiful. The salon also didn’t smell like a typical acrylic salon, which was great being eight months pregnant. The complete atmosphere was very relaxing and calming. Every staff member in the salon was welcoming and extremely friendly. If you are looking for a salon that does wonderful work in a relaxing environment I highly recommend this salon. Nancy also was very gentle with waxing. I will definitely be returning.
My sister also got her nails done today and I’m not sure what the name of her tech was but she was just as amazing as Nancy. She wanted the color of her tips a different color and they fully accommodated her. They did a gel polish on the tips in the off chance that she decided not to come back to the salon it would be easy for whomever did her nails next to remove the gel polish, do a fill and then re-​color them whatever color she wanted. I think that’s awesome they would do something with the thought that she might not come back and still do a stellar job.

I have been here many times before, but I will never be coming back again. I went in for a full set and the lady asked me what shape I wanted my nails filed and I said rounded. After she filed my new full set down to rounded nubs, she told me that she was going to charge me an extra $ 5 FOR FILING MY NAILS. Filing is a necessary part of getting a full set, I have never EVER in my life been charged for it. Plus she was very rude about it!

I got a gel full set with Yun. I love her she did such an amazing job! After my full set I waited for about 25 minutes for a pedicure with Jan, she did such a beautiful job she made my gel French tip pedicure look flawless. The pedicure wait was well worth it! Yun and Jan are the best! I will be back! :)

Yun did a great job I love my nails she’s so gentle ! I’ve always been scared to get cut and I felt like I didn’t have to worry I will definitely be back! :) my 5 starts are definitely for YUN all the girls working here are very nice
I came back 12÷5÷15 MADE AN APPT some guy ended up doing my nails or at least tried he took over 40m trying to remove my nails he hurt me idk how many times I kept telling him I would wait for Yun I finally got up after he hurt me bad and he started yelling like it was my fault… I wouldn’t come back again if it wasn’t for Yun so unprofessional not happy at all don’t get your nails done by him.

Been here quite a few times before and was very pleased with their work but this time I cant say the same. If i could give them no stars I would. The lady was very rough with my fingers, i told her it hurt and it just got worse and seemed very irritated that I even said anything about her hurting me. Broke skin with the file a couple times. Acrylic was also very uneven and bumpy. Half the nails were noticeably crooked and incredibly uneven as far as length wise. Probably just an off day but even on off days I still have to pay full price for bad service. Will not be returning to ‘Cozy Nails and Spa’. Also took OVER an hour and a half for a terrible set. Dont waste your money go somewhere else.

I come here for everything! Mani’s, pedi’s and waxing. And the prices are great. Nancy is amazing for everything (I only trust her on my brows because she knows how to leave them looking natural). She’s also super detailed with acrylic nails and takes her time but the outcome is definitely worth it.

Update: seriously, I love these ladies. They’re so sweet and gentle! I got my nails done yesterday and they look great, I’m so happy with them. If you’re looking for amazing results, make an appointment with one of the ladies and you’re good to go!

Don’t do eyebrows here. I don’t know her name but me and my sister went here one day She literally fucked up our eyebrows.

Lyna did a great job on my fingers and toes and Jan did a great job on my daughter’s toes. The ladies were very nice and professional. I can’t complain about the service of the ladies helping us but…
At this nail spa they play peaceful relaxing spa music which is really nice except the other two technicians were having a VERY loud conversation in another language! Not very relaxing at all!!!
I haven’t decided whether we will be back or not. Loved the girls that took care of us but if I can’t even relax, not sure if I want to spend my money here.

Just NO! Worst service EVER! Made an appointment for my sister & I on Mothers Day. As we sat down my sister explained that her cuticles are very sensitive. The man working was very rough & cut her not once, but twice. She said «OUCH» & he proceeded to yell at her. Telling her «I did not cut you! It’s your fault, you moved! You’re not hurt!» And tried to keep working on her toes as we were attempting to leave. Her had removed her previous polish so he demanded $ 5. We paid & just wanted to get out of there, as he was still yelling at my sister. She kept her cool & was just trying to explain to him why she said «ouch». He was completely rude, unprofessional & just a plain ass for trying to blame the customer at his foul up. We left & went to Panoche on Elk Grove by Raleys & they were spectacular! I will NEVER go back to shady ass Cozy!

Worst place for a pedi ever. I am a manicurist myself so I kno what a good pedi is suppose to be like. First off the lady that did my pedi was sick like no strength at all. 2^nd she didn’t even scrub my heels. They r still rough.. 3^rd she didn’t even massage me. She jus rub lotion on my leg then wiped it off with the hot towel. 4^th she rounded off all my toe nails. 5^th idk wth she was doing buy she clipped the sides of my 2 big toes so now it’s Hella narrow. And skinny. I’m so Pissed. 6. I payed 24 for the pedicure. I think it was work shit for how she messed my feet up. 7. The paint job look like a hot ness. a lil kid could of painted better. she lucky I still gave he a 5 dollar tip. Idk why I even did. I’m so mad I went there. Biggers mistake ever. Now I have To Put 2 Fake NAILS On My Toes Until They Grow Back Out To Normal. So to everyone. Avoid the chubby lady. I Will Never Go back.

Got my nails done here yesterday 2÷22÷15. It’s a nice and clean salon but the lady who did my nails wasn’t good. I didn’t like the way she did my nails. And it was just simple tapered nails with gel polish. I don’t think she knew what I was asking for I even showed her a picture of what kind of nails I wanted. It’s uneven, some nails are longer than the other or Crocket. I prob won’t be coming here anymore. Maybe just the lady I had wasn’t good, I didn’t get her name so I can’t say who it was.

One word. Nancy.

I’ve been coming here for my brows for a while now and I feel completely confident in giving my stamp of approval and 5 stars. :)
Probably like many others I started getting my brows done at the Benefit Brow Bar. Nice but also really expensive. My experiences with the Benefit Brow Bar were okay but also very quick. Some wax, and a little plucking. (I always tended to break out a bit afterwards. Those pesky little pimples and bumps. Which kind of sucks because the days my brows look the best they’re accompanied with a few bumps. Then bam, once my pimples vanish my brows need some work again.))
I’m glad a friend of mine recommended Nancy to me because brows here are only $ 8. (Usually I give her $ 10/​$ 11 cause I’m always a happy camper) Also! No pimples and bumps! Really guys, that’s what really matters. I don’t know what she’s using or what she puts on my brows after she waxes them to sooth my skin, but it works for me. Now my whole brow area looks nice (…unless my skin is already breaking out of course) and I can finally enjoy my freshly waxed brows to the fullest.
Besides the low price, she also spends a really good amount of time on my brows. Constantly rechecking and comparing brows and plucking away until they’re just the way I want them.
She’s incredibly gentle and graceful so the time spent there is always relaxing and enjoyable.
To top it all off Nancy is an absolute adorable sweetheart. She always playfully teases me for not coming in to get my brows done sooner (cause I’m awful and lazy so I put it off for a couple months lol whoopssss) and makes the whole experience very friendly, comfortable and pleasant.

If you want to get your brows done by Nancy (which I obviously recommend) you might want to try and call to make an appointment. I always call beforehand because she can be completely booked for the day.

Love getting my gel nails done here… they are open to new designs and my nails last 3 weeks… still looking good. They take walk-​ins, work fast, and I always leave happy.
I would recommend going here for pedi’s and gel mani’s.

Love Nancy at Cozy Salon! She takes her time and does a great job every time. I won’t go to anyone else for my brow and lip wax.

I love this place! Great pedicures, tons of polish colors, they do custom nail designs, and they are all very kind and accommodating.
This is my new go-​to nail salon for my fills and pedicures. Its clean and has a pleasant atmosphere.

I got my eyebrows done here before and saw they had new owners and customers had complimentary mimosas and finger foods (which were empty when I went) so I figured I’d go back and get a pedicure.
I walked in and the lady was eating at her nail station (disgusting). I sat down for my pedicure and the chairs were all ripped up & the lady kept trying to up sale me asking if I wanted a design or a manicure etc while trying to relax, very annoying.
Finally when it was time to paint my nails I changed my mind and wanted another color I saw when choosing. When I told her she seemed very annoyed and I even offered to get it myself and she still seemed mad and asked me what was wrong with the other color? (Really? Nothing I just don’t want it)
Actually didn’t start talking to me until it was time to pay and to collect tip! And to top it off when I left I said have a nice day and all I got was «mmm hmm». I hope they read this. Customer service goes a long way and I will not be back!

My first time at Cozy was yesterday 7÷10÷14. Kim was my tech (I asked for very experienced) and that’s what I got! She was thorough but fast! I had 4 broken nails (done at Lotus nails 2 weeks prior) and Kim fixed them by building them up. Since I don’t like putting tips on. She did a great job and I was very pleased with the pedicure too! The place is clean which is very important to me and décor was nice. I will definitely be making this my regular shop with Kim. Finally I found «that person» that I can get to know and be the regular in there!

Came in yesterday with my sisters. We all had our eyebrows wax/​tint done by nancy. she did a great job with all of our eyebrow very sweet person. I will be coming back whenever I need another wax/​tint. thanks so much! I love my eyebrows!
