Dr. Rollofson grew up locally in Rancho Murieta, Ca and attended Joseph Kerr Middle School and Elk Grove High School. She received her Bachelors Degree in Biological Sciences from UC Santa Barbara. She then moved on to receive her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Southern California where she was on the Dean’s List. Post-graduation, she spent another year in Los Angeles completing a General Practice Residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Dr. Rollofson currently is serving as Chair of the Committee of the New Dentist of the California Dental Association as well as on the Policy Development Council. Locally, she is on the editorial board of «The Nugget», The Sacramento District Dental Society monthly newsletter. She has also held positions on CDA Leadership Development Committee and Board of Managers. Dr. Rollofson is committed to excellence in her profession. She is dedicated to the comfort and quality care of her patients.

I’ve been coming here for years and have always received excellent care here. Everyone in the office makes the effort to get to know you, and recognize you as soon as you walk in the door. While all of the RDH are amazing, I want to note that Jackie, my dental hygienist today, really went above and beyond to address concerns about staining on my teeth. I hadn’t had her before today (I had to reschedule so I wasn’t wth my usual RDH) but I’ll be scheduling with her for my cleanings from now on! Thanks again Jackie, my teeth look AMAZING!

Not so much! I walked in the office. The staff was busy and on the phone. She motioned for me to have a sit so I did. 15 minutes and 3 walk-ins later!!! I questioned my being seen… She then asked my name and informed me I didn’t have an appointment there it was with the other doctor with the same last name a few doors down. Granted I was in the wrong office but really 15 minutes of my life gone because no one cared to ask my name.
The office was clean and they had coffee in the waiting room. I was there for «services» so I didn’t partake but it was there.

You won’t find a more caring, passionate and big hearted dentist In all of sacramento! The staff is amazing! Dr. Rollofson works hard every day and in her off time she gives back to the community and volunteers hundreds if not more hours at various free dental clinics around the state! Before I met her, I couldn’t comfortably smile, my self confidence was low. Now I can comfortably and proudly smile everywhere I go! I wish I lived closer so she could be my regular dentist! Thank you for being so amazing!

Service basically OK, but be watchful in that they charge a large fee for appointments made that you maybe forgot to cancel. In addition to this, they make assumptions with out your approval. EXAMPLE… I brought two crowns in and the decision that Dr. Rollofson & I came to was that they would hold on to them until my deep cleaning was complete. I ended up changing DDS due to a move, thus called and asked that they mail me my crowns as one was a GOLD crown. I was told that they donated to some organization. I paid for the crowns, thus they should have been returned or at least they should have asked for my approval to donate. I donate all of the time, so I could have done that myself. MY POINT… I paid for it, thus even if it could not have been put back on… it was mine to do whatever I wanted with it. New patients beware!!!

I cannot recommend Dr. Rollofson’s practice enough. When she took over the practice of my previous dentist I was thrilled, not because I didn’t like him – which I did – but because she is so awesome. Her whole staff is equally awesome and they are up on the latest techniques, which makes time in the chair easier on everyone. I’ve had all sorts of poking and prodding done and it’s been as pleasant as it possibly could be under the poking and prodding circumstances of the dental chair.
If you are looking for a dentist who will be with your family for years to come, she is a good choice because she is young, at the start of her professional life, a dentist your kids can grow up with. In fact, the only thing less than stellar about Dr. Rollofson is that whole USC thing, which as a Cal alum, I just have to overlook in the interests of excellent dental care. :)

My husband & I have been going to see Christy for YEARS! She is very professional and her bedside manner is wonderful. Christy and her team whitened my teeth last year. The experience was great the results were exactly what I wanted. They gave wonderful advice for the post-treatment symptoms & even followed up with me later in the week to see how I was doing. I highly recommend Christy and her team for all your dental needs, whether emergency, cosmetic or routine care. Her staff is helpful, very nice and they go above & beyond to assist you with insurance issues too. The office was recently upgraded and remodeled with the coolest gadgets and technology. It is always so clean too! I’m thrilled she takes my insurance, but even if she didn’t I would pay cash to keep her as my provider.

After seeing a shady densit on 30^th and K, I was so incredibly happy to find Dr. Rollofson. I was referred through a friend at work and could not have had a better recommendation.
Making appointments and dealing with insurance was taken care of quickly by the friendly receptionists. I was brought back at the actual time of my appointment, not late! It felt like I was getting x-rays done forever, but it means they got them all and they were all digital. They even do a gum measurement to track if they are receding.
When I met Christy, she was super nice and explained everything to me. She was very honest and said we would watch a potential cavity, but did not recommend to do anything until we knew for sure. I will for sure refer friends and co-workers here!

I haven’t been to the dentist for over a year and I always dread going. Especially when it’s me in the chair. But my family and I were referred to this dental office from family friends so we all decided to go for our exam and cleanings.
The women who work the phones and reception area are very friendly and helpful and are willing to find appointment times that accommodate to your schedule.
My hygienist was April, who was an older lady and was pretty chatty and friendly with me. When she heard that I hadn’t gone to a dentist since 2008, she just chuckled and didn’t give me a hard time for not coming (something I HATE). She took my x-rays and cleaned my teeth (a little painful in some spots, but nothing I couldn’t handle). It only took a few minutes which surprised me because I remembered how it used to take me FOREVER to get my teeth cleaned on previous visits. Nope, it was a cinch!
After that was over with, the doctor came in to examine my teeth. Unfortunately, I need two fillings. Oh well. Who doesn’t need fillings nowadays? She explained to me why I needed them and pointed them out on my x-rays just so I could see what was going on.
Great dental experience. I’m actually not too bummed about going to the dentist now that I have a nice one. I’m happy that I came in finally and don’t need any serious work done. Yippee!
