The first time we used Auto Body Expressions was about fifteen years ago. Unfortunately our family has had a few accidents; five to be exact. All five times we took our vehicles to Auto Body Expressions and every time we were happy with the job they did. I will be an Auto Body Expressions customer for life.

Called in to schedule an appointment and to me customer service is important especially for the matter at hand. The receptionist who answered the phone was extremely rude and not helpful she placed me on hold mid sentance I hung up shortly after. Consequently I decided to go elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing service, Anthony did an excellent job on my car. Totally would recommend! My car looks better than when I bought it. Definitely check this place out. They are professional, fast and reliable.

Woohoo! It is true! I was suggested to have my car repaired at Auto Body Expressions. My first impression was the caring and friendly welcome of Victoria when I stepped in the door. She knew ahead what I needed and reached it out for me. Next I was introduced to Anthony who was taking care of my car. I have read lots of compliments about Anthony and I have to agree with all others say about Anthony. He is very kind, skillful, and experienced. He finished earlier than planned and called me ahead to inform the car is ready. He cares for his customers and his business to make his customers happy. My car looks wonderful! Flawless! I got into an auto accident and scraped/​dented my whole entire driver side. Called my insurance and they recommend auto body expression. This is my first accident so I wasn’t sure what to do, called them and told them the issue. Guess what, they took care of everything for me. The front desk girls misty and Victoria are very welcoming friendly and honest. Estimator Anthony was awesome and I mean AWESOME! He did all the work for me, called me every single time for follow ups. My insurance was taking longer to authorize work but hey Anthony follow up every step for me. I called several times to see what’s going on when I’m going to get my car back but Anthony was very patient. Greeted me with manner walked me through the whole process with patience. I recommend comings here! I really mean it. Anthony and all the tech crews did an amazing job!

Had our Mercedes fender bender paint job done here, it was awesome! Best service, Great people! Anthony did an excellent customer service. I would highly recommend.

We were coming home at 10:15 PM when we were rear-​ended while waiting for the red light to change on Laguna Blvd. across from BJ’s Restaurant. There was no other traffic on either side of us and yet the driver, under 20 years, driving a van, plowed into our car. He could have braked or changed lanes or anything but did not. Think maybe inattention and a cell phone may have been involved???
Our car was sufficiently damaged and I wanted it repaired back to its factory condition. I began searching around for a quality body shop and was prepared to take it to EG Toyota when a neighbor and another friend told me to take my car for repair at the «Auto Body Expressions» in Elk Grove.
My decision was immediately made when the first two out of two people told me about the same place. I called «Auto Body Expressions» and spoke to Matt who was very enthusiastic about taking care of my car and helping me out with obtaining a rental car.
The next day I took my car to see Matt at «Auto Body Expressions» and waited for a few minutes while he spoke to another customer. I saw how Matt connected with the customer as well as to the damage on his car. I knew right away that I this was the right place to take my car to.
Matt finished up with the customer and we talked. I was even more convinced after a few minutes into our conversation that I had chosen the right body shop to get my car back in order. I am somewhat particular and wanted my car to be repaired correctly the first time. I immediately appreciated the extremely positive «Customer Service» that I was receiving from Matt. His knowledge and professionalism showed on every contact I had with him from start to finish. He kept me appraised by phone calls and emails as to any changes or additions as well as the time frame. He is just plain good at his job and the results speak highly for him.
A «Thank You» also goes out to Victoria and the other staff up front who always greeted me in a way that shows they enjoy their jobs. The pleasant greetings and professionalism appears to be contagious within this business. My car was ready on the time Matt told me it would be. It was super clean and shiny and the lines were perfect as was the paint match. It looked brand new. Matt went over the details as to the entire repair.
I continue to be impressed with Matt and the entire staff at «Auto Body Expressions, Inc.»

I have to tell you my husband has an awesome memory probably due to his security training he had because he almost became state police. What does that have to do with this review? Well he remembered bringing the Mercedes here to be painted a new color. Do you know how long ago that was? About thirteen years ago! Maybe because I didn’t come with him which is my sole reason I don’t remember a thing!!!
This company is professional, the best in their services and highly recommended! I’m really happy we brought our car here for the fender bender. It was painless, as fast as it could be realistically and AAA approved. We had to leave the car here from Monday until Friday but the guy who worked with us kept me in the loop every step of the way which was truly appreciated!
If there was ever another time that we had to have body work again on our automobile we would not hesitate to bring it to Auto Body Expressions! They are truly the best in their business!!! This is the one time having a positive experience doesn’t mean you want to see the business again but hopefully not again! Comprende?

Have you ever had that uneasy feeling in your stomach like something bad was about to happen? Well, needless to say, I felt this way just prior to going to a Customer Appreciation Day at one of our local service stations. Do I take a chance and drive the newer car knowing that there were going to be tons of cars there? Or to drive my older car. Well long story short, we drove the newer car and unfortunately were involved in a minor fender bender. The bumper got a little scratched up. There was no questions in my mind where we were going to take our baby to get the bumper repaired.
Many years ago Auto Body Expressions, Inc in Elk Grove repainted our Mercedes. They did a fantastic job. They painstakingly disassembled and painted our car and meticulously put the car back together in show room condition!
We had brought our car in this morning to have an estimate on the repair work. Our damage was assessed by Justin. Justin was very professional and was a pleasure to work with. He had us wait in their waiting room while he determined the extent of the damage. The waiting room had comfortable seating, a large television, plenty of magazines to read and a small refrigerator full of water. Not to mention close to the restrooms. Damage on the bumper was very light and should take only 4 days to repair.
They worked very closely with our insurance company and kept us informed if there were any changes along the way. What can I say! Once again «Auto Body Expressions“came through in flying colors. The finished product looked «MARVELOUS DARLING.“We couldn’t have been more pleased!

If there was a higher rating I would give it to Auto Body Expressions. Their Customer Service is second to none. The same holds true for their work. Anthony kept me informed throughout the repair time. My vehicle was repaired better than new, plus it was returned spotless. I am still amazed at my experience with Auto Body Expressions. Hopefully I will never have another accident. However, it that does happen, there’s no doubt where I will take my vehicle for repair. This has been an Awesome Experience.

This is my second experience with Auto Body Expressions and both times they did a wonderful job! I’ve brought both my cars in to get repairs and everyone there is always polite and helpful – they keep me consistently updated on the repairs to my car and always do a quality job. The last time I came in they even cleaned and vacuumed my car for me as I had a TON of pet hair in there from transporting my dogs everywhere! I’ve worked with several different people there when I’ve come in but this last time was with Anthony – very much appreciated the respect and candor with which he treated me! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Well, once again Auto Body Expressions and Matt took incredible care with our SUV. We were having a few issues and Matt took care of it asap! He even got me a ride home and a ride back to pick up my car. The entire staff from the lady answering the phone, to the man who drove me and then of course Matt are so very sweet and helpful. I honestly can not say enough about the staff, the quality of work and the follow up. If you ever need anything done on your vehicle… GO SEE MATT AND THE REST OF THIS INCREDIBLE STAFF AT AUTO BODY EXPRESSIONS! they didn’t do anything to my car but the simple experience of coming in to get an estimate was made super easy and quick couldn’t ask for more. they thoroughly explained my claim was a total loss and were very helpful with helping me understand what my options were. highly recommend.

I was rear ended couple weeks ago in my new Infinity, I was so scare that my car would never look the same but thanks to Auto Body Expressions my car looks like it was never in an accident. I am very happy with the repairs. They defiantly do a nice clean job! Anthony the estimator was great with keeping me updated on my car and answered all my questions. when I picked up my car the front desk young lady name Misty was very nice & friendly, I would highly recommend this place!

This is a service company that understands service. From my first call to picking up the car, they never missed a beat. Cheerful and helpful and staff who called me along the way to give me updates and everything was perfect, including a fully detailed car when I picked it up.
Misty was the front desk person who was friendly, efficient and helpful. Anthony handled my car issues and was outstanding. It almost felt like they thought I was a secret shopper the way they took of me. Can it always be this good? They handled my rental car pick up and drop off with Hertz, making that simple as pie.
I brought my car in for two separate claims at the same time, and also had a couple of other little nicks that weren’t being covered. Anthony offered to take care of one for a very small fee to come from me, but when I went to pick it up, he comped it because it wasn’t ready on the day he TRIED to get it to me. Mind you, he hadn’t promised it, but said he would try and he missed it by one day. No big deal, but he covered that and one other little nick that wasn’t part of my claim. It probably didn’t take them more than a few minutes, but the point is, now my car is perfect instead of almost perfect.
This is as good as it gets. It’s frustrating going to places where all you get is grunts and half-​answers, because being friendly isn’t difficult. As a small business owner myself, I appreciate their example.

Auto Body Expressions goes above and beyond what is expected. I got into an accident with an extremely messy car– when I picked it up after repairs, it was detailed so nicely inside that it was actually cleaner than it was when I bought it from CarMax. Anthony was in charge of my repairs, he was super helpful, and did a great job keeping me updated. My experience here was fantastic, and this will definitely be my «go-​to» body shop from now on.

so unfortunately, this was my second time visiting auto body expressions. i say unfortunately not because of the place but bc this was the second time i had gotten in an accident and needed them to repair my car.
so i am insured by AAA and they recommended i come here. and im glad they did, both times.
the staff is super friendly and helpul. the day i went for them to look at the damages on my car they took my car in the same day and told me it would be ready in about a week
i dont remember who helped me out the first time i got my car fixed but this time it was Anthony and he was super nice and helpful
i got my car back in a week like they said and it looks like new again. there are no signs of past damage and the paint matches it perfectly too
i have lifetime waranty on the back bumper (which is what they replaced) and i was sent off in my fixed car
they even washed, waxed, and detailed the inside of my car. major plus there.
i will definitely recommend anyone with car repair needs here!
