Wendy’s

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! This place has the worst service ever. I was there 10/​18/​2015 around 8:00pm. The person who was at the drive thru was so rude. When I was handed my food I said thank you, have a nice night. The person Grunted at me as if it was to hard to say something nice. Ownership or management tip. This is very easy. Every time a new customer comes up the register or window just have them say the following: Welcome to Wendy’s, how may I help you? Then when the person is handed their food please say the following: Have a nice day/​night. Very Very Easy! But this location has been terrible for a long time so I don’t expect it to change. If you want you can reply to this message and I will come in and train your employees for free. It would not take very long to change this.

Horrible service at 7:30pm. Waited 15min for our drive thru order to be taken with only one car ahead of us. That person ahead of us ordered and got their food prior to our order being taken. Then they were out of frostys! Avoid this nightmare.

Slowest service I have ever had at a fast food place. Also the girl who took my oder was extremely rude and when she finally gave me my food it tasted awful. I would choose a different place to eat if your ever close to this Wendy’s…

Also made a late night stop and blew 20 bucks on the worst food ever. I guess this place doesn’t care about food quality after a certain hour! Cold shit burgers with non melted cheese. Fries that were like chewing rocks mixed along with super old nasty fries. Cod sandwich is terrible also, why I had to try it is beyond me. Oh the dr pepper was fine though.

Made a late night stop at the drive through on our way home from Itasca last night. The food was ok. It was one of the only spots on Busse that was open after 11 PM on a Friday night.
Christopher has lunch here periodically because he works down the street. I think he enjoyed it more than I did. For what it is, it is ok. Nothing exciting, but fairly reliable.
