I just left my Sprint store in Elk Grove and was greeted by Mo a very polite gentleman which was offering me help and learning about phones. I had a few further questions which then I engaged conversation with Steven finding out he was the Store Manager. Steven helped me so much and figured out exactly what I needed on my family plan and which phone to choose. Eric helped me transfer all my info, pics files over to my new phone I bought. I appreciate this Sprint store for helping me thru buying a new phone. I feel they made it super easy!!!

This place promises you things that never actually happen(i.e. rebates, plan rates, etc.). They lure you in by making these promises and then when you get your bill, none of what they promised actually pans out. No one knows what they’re talking about and every single customer service representative there has a different answer to the same question you ask another rep. They take forever to do anything for you and don’t listen to you speak so you end up having to go over things 10 times. I spent two hours there for them to tell me there was nothing they could do for me for my faulty iPhone 6 I purchased from them because I didn’t have insurance, even though I told them I didn’t have insurance on it the second I walked in. Total waste of time. Then the customer service rep told me he’d call me when a new battery came in and he’d swap it out for me for no charge. He told me he would probably have one in in a few days. That was 6 weeks ago. Never got a call. Also, I signed up under a $ 50 unlimited contract. A year later, they raised it to $ 60 without even notifying me. Screw this place and screw Sprint. I’m switching carriers.

I’ve been stuck with the same Crap-Berry Torch for the last couple years and have been anxiously awaiting my renewal date to upgrade to an iPhone. That day came last weekend. We usually go to the Sprint store in Schaumburg(on Roselle Rd), but we were in the EGV area on Sunday, noticed there was a Sprint store here, and made a last-minute appointment. Turns out the appointment was not needed because there wasn’t much traffic in the store, which was an added bonus for us because the sales team gave us their undivided attention. Saeda was our sales associate and she was awesome. She had us in/out within 15 minutes. The process was quick and easy. She walked me through the iPhone features and transferred over my BB contacts to the phone as well. Also invited us to call or come back if we had any questions in the future. The store itself is nicely layed out, plenty of counter space to accommodate a good group of customers looking at different devices. They also have a comfy waiting area(leather sofas &TV) near the back of the store, which was the perfect spot for our kids to sit and wait while we processed the paperwork. We’ve been long-time Sprint customers, and will make the EGV Sprint Store our go-to spot for our future Sprint needs.

Technology is a gift and a curse. To have access to virtually limitless information in the palm of our hands is beyond incredible. To have all that power rendered useless due to lack of power is annoying, and incredibly frustrating. I found myself in such a predicament, and I researched a Sprint Store by my work that had a repair center. I was lucky enough to have this location less than 10 minutes from my work. I went here during my lunch and they diagnosed what was wrong with my phone in 30 minutes. The verdict was a bent pin in the charging port. They needed to get me a new replacement phone, and told me it would take 3 business days. They also offered to give me a replacement phone in the meantime. I pictured it being an old Motorola Razr so I declined since my phone still had some juice left. I was so excited to hear that it would be arriving one day early. I went there after work, and presto change-o I was in and out in 20 minutes with my new phone. This place is awesome!!!
