I just used a Groupon to get my hair done by Anais and I’m so glad I went. My cut and color turned out great. Anais took her time to get it right. She listened to my hair woes and suggested a cut that would work with my life. She was very friendly and professional. I really liked this salon and would definitely recommend it. They even give out a little gift bag to first time customers — complete with shampoo/​conditioner samples and discounts for future visits. Give them a try!

I think this has yet to be the best haircut Ive ever had with deep conditioning! I’ve been getting compliments from everywhere! Jo Ann did my hair and she is the best! The whole experience was really relaxing. But the best part was of course the haircut:)
I am so glad it is located close by. Will definitely go there again:)
I did had problems scheduling an appointment but I don’t care about that as everything worked out and I love my hair!

I have been coming to this salon for two years. The owner Sandy is wonderful! They treat all their clients so well! They offer coffee or water and comfortable seating. Everyone is friendly! They are up on the newest color and styles for hair. Stylist JoAnn does a phenomenal job with my hair cut and color.

I went here to use a groupon for highlights, deep conditioning treatment and a haircut.
Walking in this place I already got the sense it wasn’t anything fancy but my stylist was very friendly (Analis?)… No one else in the salon said a word to me the entire time I was there (all 3 hours and there was literally no one else in the salon but me and the stylists).
The haircut turned out ok… I just got a trim and the back looks nice but my bangs are not blended at all.
The highlights are honestly some of the WORST I have ever received, splotchy, uneven, didn’t cover my roots entirely and she didn’t even try to match the color of my existing highlights… Just seemed the throw a bunch of bleach on my outgrowth. I would have gone back but the thought of someone trying to correct the terrible job honestly frightened me, I will have to go pay to have this fixed at a different salon… Disappointed is an understatement.
Save your money and go somewhere else

I think this is a nice salon. Everyone is friendly and professional. Tiwanna is my stylist there. She is great with cuts and color. When I damaged my hair with a DIY color, she corrected my color and gave me an amazing cut!

Brittany has been doing my hair for several years now. She is one of few people who understand how I want my color and gets it right on every time. I can never style my hair like them. All the girls here are great! And the best part is there isn’t too much beauty shop gossip!

I love this place! We had just moved here from California, not knowing a soul, and they made me and my two daughters feel right at home. Mandy cuts our hair and she does an amazing job! It’s hard to find someone who knows how to cut thick curly hair. My husband also goes there. Sandy waxes my daughter’s eyebrows and each time they look great! She spends a lot of time making sure the jobs done right. Overall, I’ve never felt so relaxed in a place before and they are all true professionals. It’s sad to read those other reviews because nothing like that has ever happened to us. Hopefully you’ll at least give this salon a chance.

Where to begin?
I’ve been there twice. Both times I got very questionable service.
First time: Called, made an appt and then a week later went in for a hair cut/​color/​pedicure/​brow wax. After I got there the hair tech (Brittany) let me know that she had a bad cold and wouldn’t be able to do my pedi. 20 minutes into my hair she let me know that her mom, the owner, would do my pedi instead. That was fine by me. The problem I had with the salon was this: if the tech had a cold and couldn’t do one of the services, shouldn’t she have called me and let me know that BEFORE I got there? Shouldn’t it be my choice to cancel and reschedule so I didn’t have to sit with a sick person cutting my hair? 2 strikes here! Should have called to tell me that my pedi was cancelled and should have called to tell me the tech had a cold. NOT COOL. Especially since I got her cold 3 days later. BTW. The pedi was really good and the hair was acceptable, the brows were also great. Also, the time I spent waiting for the hair to process, I could have had my pedi done, instead of back to back. So the whole appt took over 3 hours and it could have taken about an hour less.
So, I thought I’d give them another try. This time hair cut/​pedi. This time I drove 40 minutes through the snow to get to a salon that’s 15 minutes away from my house. I left early so I wouldn’t be late. I get there and get my haircut no problem. BUT WAIT! The pedi gets cancelled last minute! Again with the no notice thing. After I f’kn drove 40 minutes. To add insult to injury, the owner (Sandra Araceli herself) was scheduled to do my pedi and she tells the hair tech while I’m sitting there, that she can’t fit me in. Like I can’t hear her. I’m 3 feet away. WTF. I had an appointment. I’m told that they had clients who weren’t put in the appt book. How is this my problem?! It looked like the owners (or one of the employees family members) had come in right before I walked in and rather than take a scheduled customer, she decided to work on her buddies. I made that assumption because they were using the salon equipment while I was getting my hair cut. They won’t be seeing me again.
So I DO NOT recommend this place unless you know the owner. The services are good but you’re likely to get bumped without notice.
Very inconsiderate of customer’s time. Don’t call to let you know something’s changed.
