My boyfriend has lived at Peach Alley for 4 years, myself for a little over a year. When i first moved in, my boyfriend raved about the place, how he had never had any issues, neighbours were wonderful, etc. A few months after i moved in, new management had taken over, and it began to go down here. They are definitely all about the money, as they will basically let anyone who can afford the $ 815/month rent live there. I am disappointed by their lack of a consistent dog policy. The policy was no dogs over 25 lbs, but now i see people walking their husky, or their rottweiler, etc. Also, who would put a cigarette butt container right by the main entrance. I have severe asthma, and it awful to walk through that cloud of smoke. Not to mention, i am pretty sure our neighbours down the hall smoke in their apartments, and the smoke lingers into our vents and our apartment. I do not appreciate the type of people they have let in the building. We experienced a horrible couple next to us who fought and screamed and yelled at all ours of the night and let their dog bark until the wee hours of the morning. It took us THREE calls to the local police for the management to finally evict them. That is ridiculous. Also, the area around the building is getting really shady. I am pretty sure i have seen drug deals go down across the street, and a few weeks ago, a guy high on bath salts got into the apartment complex and tried to attack a tenant. I cant make this stuff up. It makes me sad to see this happen, because although very small and a bit pricey for what its worth, the huge windows and high ceilings are amazing, and i love the old feeling of the place with the wooden beams. Its just a very unique setup. Like i said, I think the management needs to do a better job with rules and regulations, especially on who they choose as tenants. The dog rules need to be adhered to and those people WITH dogs need to learn to clean up their dog’s feces so that other people dont ruin their new shoes.

Tall ceilings, huge windows give a great feel. But the windows need to be updated, as well as the kitchen and bathroom. The windows are old, peeling, and creaky/drafty. The kitchen is narrow and cramped. In terms of perks: there is a washer dryer in each unit, dish washer, and a small gym in the courtyard commons. The floor is carpeting. Small pets welcome. In all, a cute place if you are looking to rent in E-town. No pests or bugs.
