Landlord has been nice has switched landlords once but both have been and is nice and as professional as needed, maintenance is trustworthy and does the job average. Better then some higher costs apartments, peaceful vibe in the neighborhood i dont talk much but my neighbors have been nice not to disturbing, electric stays cheap and they pay water bill as it is income. based so if your on a low income or young not a party goer and need to start with your own place like i did its pretty darn good start
