I don’t ever give bad reviews but last night was beyond aggravating. We get there and go to order and they are out of spuds again this makes the 3rd time this has happened to us I understand it could be a fluke but still. We sit down and wait and wait and wait for 30 min to get our food and they weren’t that busy! When our order comes it’s not right and the food is cold my husband went up to tell them and he said they didn’t seemed too concerned about our complaints. Over all it was a crappy experience and we won’t be back :(

Ordered to go. And 20 minutes later(when i was told it would be done) the order hadn’t even been started. I left without food.

Our food looked great, we ordered it to go. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and my boyfriend got the club sandwich. I got terribly sick and probably will not eat there again.

This place will fill your wish if you want a deli sandwich or a baked potato for lunch with a pickle and either chips or potato salad. The sandwiches are good and I do enjoy the Big Nasty and California Turkey Reuben. My wife always orders a giant spud and she always likes it. The service is fine and you order from the counter and they bring you your food. The biggest issue I have is that the sandwiches and sides are rather small for how much they cost and the potatoes are big but really expensive for a potato. It’s a fine lunch spot if you are willing to spend about 10 bucks on about sandwich drink and chips or small deli side.

If you are in the mood for deli style food, McAlister’s can’t be beat! Plenty of options so everyone can get something they want. A variety of fresh and tasty sandwiches, salads, soups, baked potatoes, and mac ‘n cheese. Soooo much better than Panera or any other similar deli place.

Excellent food and service. I’ve eaten here a few times and have never been disappointed. Check out their website for a secret menu! Try the peach tea… heavenly.

They’re two for two on effing up medium size(and really simple) catering orders for my office(three months apart — tried to give them a chance to resolve their staff competency issues), at the last minute, despite confirming orders. To-table service for eat in orders takes about as long as you’d expect. Definitely not quick serve, but not full-service restaurant waits. In house: two of three times I’ve eaten onsite, the to-the-table servers have been inappropriate(one commented graphically on my breasts — entirely out of the damn blue; the other slipped her number to my partner [who promptly handed it to me, because, well, he’s a goofball prince]. Seriously. Yeah. WTbloodyF?) Who is training these people? Who is hiring these people, who clearly have no notion of what it is to act appropriately in a work environment? Food is, well, basic kinda-deli, with enough options, even on regular menu items that you can arrange a meal you won’t hate. Nothing is exceptional, though. Portions are(compared to an actual deli) small and(as I already wrote), entirely middle-of-the-road for the price.

Definitely a must-go!!! The service there is extremely fast and the staff are always willing to help with whatever problems that may occur. The staff also attempt to establish personal relationships with their guests.
