If your looking to get a trailer or a lot to put it on in my opinion right now is not a good time to look here.
Pot holes in the park will tear your vehicle all apart and you don’t need to go fast at all.
Your mail boxes most are falling apart your mail gets wet every time it rains and nobody no who’s responsible for maintaining them.
This park charges by far more then any other park that I’m aware of.
It’s way to much for what you get.
This is just my opinion
Lot rent is raising right now yearly.
