V-​Cuisine is a relaxed and cultural atmosphere; V-​Cuisine was recently birthed from JVs Essentials, an offsite catering company created by Jude Volcy the Exec. Chef and Owner. V-​Cuisine is dedicated to showcase the community with inspiration and the appreciation of the rich culture of Haiti. While dining you are surrounded by Haitian & Caribbean art and listen to fine Haitian musical rhythms and creations uplifting in its exuberance. V-​Cuisine offers a menu of authentic Haitian Cuisine and around the glove, deliciously prepared with fresh/​organic spices. Be adventurous and order Lambi (conch dish), an exquisite seafood dish that is well known by all Caribbean islanders for how it is prepared by our chefs. For vegetarian lovers, try the Legume (le-​geem), simply mouthwatering. Stop in from time to time and try our carefully selective menus and youll notice, that several flavor boosters are used again and again. The mince of parsley, onion and garlic moistened with lemon juice and olive oil to name a few. Enjoy V-​Cuisine and its offering created with you in mind.

Jude V.

Business Owner

HAITIAN-​Born native Executive Chef. Jude Volcy was lured into the culinary world when his passion for this industry and for food was recognized and introduced at a teen age after graduating High School.

Jude went on to study the culinary arts and its techniques hands on under a French Chef and Mentor starting his passion and career at the Hanover Marriott, in Whippany New Jersey. This is where he learned to develop his own unique, style and flair.

Jude has been blessed to have met and worked with some great leaders and mentors in this industry who played a major role during his career in this business. He truly believes and knows because of those individuals he has been molded into leader that he is today. Jude’s culinary philosophy and passion reflects the growing trend towards a healthier and down-​to-​earth lifestyle. Working with neighboring farmers markets to seek out the finest produce in region and locally, is the essence of his cuisine.
