Sudaka

I was expecting more based on the previous reviews. The food was good, but not on the same level as other Peruvian restaurants I have eaten at. We had the lomo saltado and pollo a la plancha.

Loved this place! Great Peruvian food and vibe. Service was great. Would definitely recommend it!

Really good authentic peruvian food and it’s super cheap! This has defintiely become my local haunt. I feel like one more visit, I’m gonna be an honorary peruvian.

The food here is amazing! Services always friendly and attentive. Needs a better décor, but otherwise this place is a hidden gem!

Yum! I’ve been on a Peruvian food kick lately and Sudaka certainly makes the list of yummy places to eat.
What we had:
Papas a la huancaina: Yum! This version had a little kick to it which was nice. The potatoes were cooked well. Would definitely get this again
Rotisserie chicken– I didn’t order this but o had a bite and it was good when dipped in the spicy green sauce or the huancaina sauce.
Bistek a la Macho– The steak was really good in the sauce. I didn’t care for the calamari rings as they were a little rubbery. The shrimp was good and the sauce was to die for.
Service was really slow as there was only one server for the entire restaurant. I waited for over 30 minutes for my entrée after my friend got hers. I told the waitress to cancel it if it was forgotten and she said it wasn’t but it still took another 10 minutes for it to come out. If they forgot then I would have appreciated an honest answer instead of having to wait even more. The dish was so good that it was worth the wait but it was a little awkward with my friend having her food first for so long.
5 stars for food, 3 stars for the service and wait.

This place deserves 10 stars. The food, the staff, the ambiance and the prices are just perfect. If you are looking for authentic delicious Peruvian food please come here. This is my very favorite restaurant!!! Yummmm

Love this place! Dish sizes are big, enough for two people, fish ceviche is amazing and the chaufa rice is very good, good service, nice atmosphere, nice place. I am only giving 4 start cause sometimes they don’t have any fish other than that is very good!

Amazing food, super cool atmosphere and excellent service. Definitely coming back! For a change in traditional Peruvian try the «yuca a la huancaína».

I came here for dinner with my fiancé and her brother.
It’s located near houses so parking is limited especially during the winter time when people save their parking spot with buckets of chairs.
The area is not as dangerous as other Peruvian restaurants I’ve been too. Didn’t have the feeling I would get jumped here.
The waiter greeted us in English as we entered. He quickly got our drink order in. We got the chicha (sweet purple corn drink), coke and water. We ordered a lto fo food. We started with the anticucho (grilled marinated cow heart), yuca with haceuchlla sauce, the bistec a pobre, bistec a macho, and I got the seafood soup.
Overall, the quality is good and the portion size is above average. I probably wouldn’t come out of my way to dine here again unless I was nearby. Also, I can get my Spanish food fix at La Forgota where its easier to access and find parking.
Credit card accepted and bathroom is very clean.

If you are a food lover, you HAVE to try this place! The food is absolutly amazing. Iv had many dishes, everything Iv tried is indescribably amazing. Authentic peruvian cuisine.

Best Peruvian food in Union county. Dishes have a great presentation tasty and according to the menu description. The place is open and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Room decoration is a local Peruvian designer it definetly sets a brand. I recommend this restaurant for sit inn and also take outs and events. Prices are great. (Tx julito and do a trini for having sudaka in my town)

First time here and I am definitely coming back! Found parking up the block. Don’t let the lack of spaces shear you away! The food is amazing ! Great presentation and very tasteful. Served in long rectangle plates with generous portions. Great and fast service. Also the place is well decorated with a modern look. $ 33 for a plate of bistek a lo pobre and arroz chulfa (sorry I’m Spanish is not the best) and a glass of their purple drink. Not bad considering I had enough to eat, get full and take some home. Little hidden gem in Elizabeth for sure.
