Good food and great breakfast, this is a locals place do not come here if you don’t want to see what the locals eat. People are friendly and good diner food. We had pancakes l, French toast and home fries all were very good. Coffee was hot.

A true old school greasy spoon diner. Great stop before your next cardiac cath. Recommend the homemade burger, chili, and meatloaf.

Port Elizabeth has always been a notoriously bad neighborhood and if you ever stopped here you would know why — all the cops are here(sometimes with their car running burning tax dollars)! Hey not fair maybe, cops gotta eat too and this the kind of place where everybody knows your name, especially if you’re a cop, trucker or sailor which is the customer this little dive caters to. Good food at good prices will keep the blue collar folks coming back day and night. The employees do a great job here, I can see why they keep coming back.

DONOTEATHERE! I ordered a Yankee bean soup and a grilled chicken salad I saw the chef making it by hand touching the salad putting it together and the chicken which was fine while I’m eating the same chef had a stack of $$$ in his hands no gloves then started making a sandwich by hand touching everything disgusting!!! I left right after I didn’t even finish eating…

WHAT A DIVE. But I mean if you’re looking for somewhere quick to grab food on your way to or from Newark Airport, GOFORIT. It’s definitely a down and dirty trucker diner with a classy strip club across the street, but the food was actually pretty good(but hey, I love diner food). I got a wrap and fries, and devoured most of my plate. Prices were reasonable, and if you don’t mind the atmosphere, I say WHYNOT? :-)

You won’t see this place on DDD. Nothing for Guy to eat. Toast was so cold butter just laid on top. Wife couldn’t eat her Farmer’s omelet because something was not fresh. Have low expectations if you stop here.

I find myself working in EWR at times. When it comes to food, this is one of my regular spots. It’s your greasy spoon diner. What more can you expect? There tends to be a big trucker crowd here and some public workers. Sometimes the trucks take up the entire lot and there’s nowhere to park, which can get pretty annoying. Prices are EXCELLENT. You won’t be ripped off here anytime soon. I prefer the IHOP that’s right nearby, but it can be a little more expensive. and sometimes you just want that good ol’ diner experience.

The Seaport Diner aka The Greasy Spoon. I have been eating at this place on and off for the last 10 years. As the name discribes you probably shouldnt eat this every day. All in all its a solid truck stop diner.

Seaport is a great greasy spoon diner. Good cheap food. I work @ EWR and when I have time to go out for breakfast, usually Seaport is the spot. Cooks & owners are great. U can’t go wrong. Yasou.

The Seaport is located in an industrial area of Elizabeth bordering Newark Airport and the Elizabeth Seaport. When you pull up to it, you will likely see some tractor trailers parked in the lot as well as a police car or two. The diner caters to truckers, cops and workers from the industry surrounding it. The place is usually filled with regulars that keep coming back for good food at decent prices. The décor is a little dingey but they do a great breakfast at reasonable prices. I am a fan of their omelettes. The spinach and feta omelette is great! The coffee is good too. I have also had burgers and their cheesesteak and have always been satisfied.
