Piezano’s Pizza Kitchen

Not only is this the BEST Pizza I’ve had in NYC or Jersey, but the customer service is the most amazing part! Joe is so so friendly and recommends the best food on the menu. I love their pasta and their desserts are to die for and all made in house.

Margherita pie is definitely a crowd pleaser every time. We also got a plain pie and sausage pie. Everything tastes fresh. Delivery time wasn’t bad and the staff is nice. This is the go-​to pizza spot in the area for sure.

Ordered The Margherita pie right before closing time and they squeezed my order in. Although it took a while it was worth the wait. I could taste the pie was fresh out the oven. They use high quality ingredients to make it their pizza. I will definitely order from here again. I’ll try not to order so late next time, I promise (;

Great Italian done in true «Jersey» fashion. Pizza is the best in the area, for sure, with a great selection in the display plus some awesome options for customization.
I have to highlight their new menus as they have some fantastic selections and the ability to customize my own pasta, or add-​ons to sandwiches. It’s clear the owner has thought through every way they can please their clientele. And it shows in their execution as the food is delicious.

The pasta Primavera in cream sauce is. Unbelievably delicious. I definitely will be ordering again!!! Delivery was not long at all I’m very happy. Also tried the Churro Zeppoles might be my new favorite thing!!!

Food was horrible. Ordered a chicken roll which was literally chicken in a roll. I thought it would be wrapped in dough and baked. They just cut Italian bread and stuffed it with chicken, sauce and cheese. Which would’ve been fine if the chicken was cooked properly. I ended up pulling out all of the chicken because I was worried it would make me sick. The zeppoles were just as disappointing. I’m now afraid to try the pasta I ordered for later. Definitely will not order from here again.

I haven’t had any spagetties and meat balls on vodka sauce since my grandmother passed away. But Piezanos has it just right. Not only is so delicious but in every bite there is a beautiful memory that comes with it. The pizza it has the right crunch the cheesse its melted evenly all around the pie the sauce is so delicious that you keep looking for more. Customer service is outstanding and always friendly. Delivered is always fast! Thanks a lot Piezanos.

So I guess I should’ve read the reviews before I actually ordered for delivery. I was on seamless and said hey let me try them again. I actually lived around the corner on Boyle when they first opened. I tried the food I liked it. The owner was very nice told us you know take a free drink since his cashier forgot to ring it up. Very good customer service. It was walking distance so we ate there frequently. That was about a year ago. I ordered today and it took 2 hours not one not 30 to 45 minutes like it says on seamless and the best they had was sorry we’ll have that changed it should say an hour. Even though it had been an hour and a half, then I was placed on an awkward silence hold for 2 minutes just after I hear a man saying say sorry to the girl I was speaking to. Oooh sorry won’t get back my 40 dollars or the 2 hours I spent starving while I waited for my food. I’m not looking for free I’m looking for fair. I live less than ten minutes away from them By car. Maybe a hey next time you’re paying for food and service since we screwed up this time we’ll make it up to you but nothing. That’s horrible and my first time is now my last time. Oh and a little salt and pepper could go a long way for your Pasta. Just fyi

Honestly, this is bullshit. I placed an order at 6:40 for delivery. it’s 8:20 and the food is not here.
The food is good the delivery is awful. I could have made it myself by now. This is my last order with this place.
8:40 it’s been 2 hours still no food. I just called ohh, sorry we had a lot of deliveries. I said, «I ordered 2 hours ago».
THIS IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS. This is the third order from them, there is always an issue :(they are more than 2 hours late or they forget part of the order.
So, contacted Grub Hub (I order through them) they also called the business. The food just arrived, it’s cold it’s 9:10… can you imagine? two ½ hours for Chicken Marsala, a slice of pizza and zeppoles. Can you imagine eating zeppoles cold? I will be getting a refund from Paypal.
I felt bad for the driver. The owner is still getting his money for entries, some ppl will not tip the driver becz the owner cannot manage his business.

excellent food, clean and hands down, this is the best pizza in town; my favs are the buffalo chicken pizza (any of their pizzas are good) and the grilled chicken salad. i recommend that you either eat in their dining room or pick-​up your food because food delivery in the city of elizabeth is hit-​or-​miss…

Ok, so, I never ever do this BUT, I felt compelled to, considering the service that I received from this place today. I ordered lunch today at work from PIEZANO’s through
(online ordering service). Piezano’s received my order around 12:30 PM. I didn’t receive my food until about 2:55 PM. If I hadn’t already paid with my debit card, I would’ve called and canceled the order altogether. At 2:00 I called them to see what was going on and why it was taking so long, the woman said that it was on its way. I waited another 55 minutes until it finally got here. I opened my food (a grilled chicken wrap with fries) and it was FREEZING COLD! I am totally flabbergasted at this. The service was HORRIBLE and I will NEVER be ordering from this place again. I highly discourage anyone from ordering take-​out from this place, unless they need it for the next day, which in that case, it should be there in time. SHOULD BE.

Came Across Piezano’s thru the Grubhub App. The first time i Ordered they were quick and the food is Great. The White Pizza is Awesome, But the last time i ordered from them (10÷5÷14) It took almost 2hrs for my order to be delivered and i only ordered 2 sandwiches and drinks. By the time the driver got to me he still forgot my drink. and the last time i ordered a pizza from them. It was Cold. If i wanted to cook my own pizza i would’ve bought a digiorno pizza. I recommend this place but its best if you pick up your order.

Where do I start?! Piezano’s has the best pizza we’ve had here in America. This place is absolutely delicious, the people are very friendly, and the prices are great. Ever since we ate pizza in Italy we have been looking for pizza in America that can compare and this place definitely does. We had the white pizza, pepperoni pizza, wings, and zeppolis. The wings were crispy, the pizza (including the crust) was amazing and the zeppolis were out of this world good. The owner also makes it a point to make conversation with everyone that comes in, a very welcoming person and place who values their customers. We are definitely coming back soon. You NEED to visit this place, so worth it!

I’ve had hard time finding a good pizzeria in Elizabeth, but this one is really good. It is wayyyyyyy better than Michelinos pizza that tastes like card board. I love Piezanos!
Again, I cant emphasize how much I love this place, give it a try!

I’ve lived in Union for 7 years and still have not found a good Italian place for dinners… only a few pizzerias that are decent. Now FINALLY I’ve found Piezanos who delivers to me from Elizabeth. The family size Stromboli is BANGIN. Penne vodka was pretty good but I miss peas and pork. Very nice fresh warm bread. Caesar salad is basic but tasty.

Piezano’s is the new neighborhood pizzeria. I’ve been there quite a few times and I haven’t been disappointed yet. With Michelino’s right down the street, they have some tough competition. But with exceptional prices and quality eats they should be around for a while. The customer service is outstanding. I’ve been to other pizzerias a number of times and this is the only one where I know the people by name and know me as a regular. It’s like a pizza version of a «Cheers» bar. Geraldo the pizza maker and most likely one of the owners or manager is a great guy, really knows how to connect with his customers and make them feel welcomed and like friends instead of sales. The only flaw to this fantastic establishment is the dining area. While some may call it cozy, it is indeed a little on the small side. The past two weeks when I’ve stopped in the air conditioning was broken and that place was unbelievably hot. Hopefully that was a short term problem that has or will be fixed. Overall I would highly recommend Piezanos for any of your pizza needs.
