Fabulous, professional, stellar customer service. What can I say, tree work is expensive and no one wants to spend the money on it. If I’m going to pay someone thousands of dollars for something I was forced into (by mother nature and fear of lawsuits) the person taking my money better provide excellent customer service! These guys deliver. For example, knowing it would cost them the job, they contacted my town DPW about removing a tree they believed to be the town’s responsibility. They also called my abutter after business hours to discuss his concerns over our tree removal plan. Also did an excellent job at clean up, a pet peave of mine after another tree company left us with hard to clean up wood chips all over the backyard. All of this provided at a competitive price. Highly highly recommend.
