Great sales and service. They fixed the few issues I had with the vehicle and kept me informed every step of the way. They are very easy to work with and take the pain out of buying a used car. Glad I made the stop and gave them a chance.

I recently purchased a 2009 Smart Car to use as a tow vehicle behind my RV from Josh and his dad, Bill. I must say that the complete transaction was quick and painless. I was very satisfied with how fast their service department got the car ready including checking all the fluids, tire pressures, and changing the oil and filter. He even gave me a FREE tank of gas. Ok, I know what your thinking, with all the used car dealers in this town, why did I go to Josh’s???
First, my Facebook friends started posting their new rides and how much they loved Josh!
Second, I occasionally have to drive to Lima for business and every time I pass this lot, their inventory has changed… hmmm moving a lot of vehicles is a good indication that people like them.
Third, this sweet BMW for under $ 10k!
A little about them: The location is very well organized, clean, and the people don’t feel «dirty». Josh and Will are extremely knowledgable on the vehicles on the lot, and they appear to truly care about the customer and not the almighty dollar.
They showed me their paperwork on the car and what work was needed when it came in. They have a mechanic shop in their location and I was able to ask any questions I had on the car. How awesome is that, total transparency!
They have financing of course and they are happy to make a cash deal, but the part that pulled me in the most was all the customers on the lot at the same time I was; waiting for their turn to purchase a new ride. I was not overlooked or rushed and everyone was so into this place that they were willing to sit and wait for me to finish. Amazing, personal service!
Buying a new ride is a hard decision and sometimes things may not work out due to reasons beyond your control ie. Bad credit, not enough cash, or someone else bought the car before you. Don’t view a car lot based on one or two negative experiences, do your research on them, read ALL the reviews, ask your neighbors, and make a decision based on your gut. I am extremely happy I followed mine, so much so, that I am leaving this review… These are hard working people and Josh took the time to truly help me, I will be back again in the future and I know they will be here for a long time!

Very good business people great attitudes towards customers. We bought a car from them and was quick to fix the small problems the vehicles had. Will definately buy from them and recommend them to our friends.

I have to update this CRAZY situation.
On ⁰⁸⁄₀₈ at 9:20pm, I received a call from Josh. I didn’t recognize the number & actually thought it was my health insurance company calling to survey (they do this frequently and it was the same long distance area code.) So i let it go to voicemail. When i listened to the message, I was shocked to hear it was from Josh’s personal cell phone. He left a message saying that he apologized for how this had been handled because they were using a new program for their financing and he really hadn’t understood it at the time. But now that it was a few weeks later, he was far more familiar with it and that he was calling back people that had fallen apart in the beginning of them incorporating this new financing program. He asked if i would please return his call because he was certain now that he understood it and that he could finance this vehicle for me. I talked with him for 24 minutes that evening while he explained that there was now 1 of 2 ways he could finance this and would i please give him another chance. After he explained to me how, i agreed to let him run my credit again, and come in and talk to him the following day. I stopped in his office around noon on Saturday and sat down with him and his father again. Here again they GUARANTEED me financing now with $ 250 down, my first car payment would be due in 30 days after that, how much my interest rate would be, how much my car payments would be, and for 29 months.
On Monday, i called Josh and agreed when I would bring in the down payment and what day of the month I wanted my car payments due on.
On Tuesday, Josh called again and had this SAME conversation with me again:
He said he really wasn’t understanding this new program after all, and as it turns out they still can’t finance this car for me.
I seriously thought i was being punked and Ashton Kutcher was going to come out at any moment now!!! I could NOT believe I was having this conversation with him YET AGAIN!!! I told him he needs to just stop talking to people! I reminded him that not only has he done this to me ONCE, but TWICE and that HE PURSUED ME THE SECOND TIME!!! He was the one who called ME at almost 9:30 on a Friday night! I did not raise my voice to him, I did not swear at him. I very calmly told him that until he figures out his head from a hole in the ground, he needs to shut his mouth to people altogether! He is messing with PEOPLE!
He then proceeded to tell me he wasn’t going to make enough $ off of this vehicle because he was going to have to fix the ABS on it and so he was going to have more money wrapped up into it than he stood to make. So apparently the value of his reputation has a value folks, and that value is $ 350!
He also asked me if i wanted them to keep my number in case something else came up and i promptly told him to LOSE my number! As it stands in this moment, I will NEVER believe another word that comes out of his lying liar hole!
So now they have ran my credit YET AGAIN and have guaranteed me TWICE they could finance this vehicle and TWICE now they have told me they didn’t know what they were doing and couldn’t follow through with THEIR PROMISES that NO ONE made them make to me!!!
Do Not waste your time, energy, credit, or ultimately money at this car lot! You WILL suffer unduly here!
