I have been taking my clothes here for the last 4 years. I brought 2 new slacks in to get hemmed, which is not out of the ordinary, I picked them up like I normally do, went to wear one and it was still too long so I tried the other and again too long. I took my pants back to have them redone and they charged me $ 12 not the full amount but why do I have to pay for their mistake?! Obviously I wanted to get my pants back so I paid but will never go there again and have told everyone I know not to go there as well horrible customer service to a 4 year customer! There is New Randall Cleaners located across the street from them, try them out!
