This is the worse property management company to deal with. Don Rage ignores your calls and he will only call back if you threaten getting a lawyer. He always puts the blame on the home owner unless a lawyer gets involved. He refuses to keep up with the landscape. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, STAY AWAY!!! Worse company ever, the assocation down the street finally got out of rage and their so happy that the have a better assocation. He just takes the money and plays golf!!!
