Flory’s Appliance

LG Washer broke. While searching for a solution online, many appliance reviewers were noting how long it took to get service/​parts. After deciding it was nothing we could resolve ourselves — no magic button to be found — decided it was time to find a pro. Located 4 businesses in the area. One had bad reviews, one had good reviews and two had no web presence to speak of. So guess who I called? You got it — the one with the good reviews.
I called Flory’s around 7p on Wednesday and the next morning around 7a, he returned our call. Arranged with hubby to come and look at the machine that very day. By the time I got home from work, the problem was fixed — new drainage pump installed. Awesome.
Even better — had been expecting a huge repair charge. Pleasant surprise — *no* price gouging. Wow. I always feel so lucky when we trip over a good repair person — hard to find, and should be valued. Hubby was happy with his experience too.
Yay for the internet. Yay for Flory’s Appliance.
One note — I was finding two numbers for this business. One rang busy and the other seems to go thru to a cell phone/​answering machine. The one I added in Unilocal for the business is the one that worked for me.
Would I recommend: Yes.
