Fast-​teks is a franchise business which means that each owner has certain standards we have to meet. The first and most important standard is that we cannot hire a Technician that is not certified in a information technology area. We will never send the «kid from down the block» that has figured out how to use a computer to you because your computer is too important to you or your business. Since we are a franchise we also have the support of others around us if we need extra hands to complete a project for you.
