I have never brought my dog here for boarding or anything, but I have bought food from here multiple times and I love this place. Everyone is stinkin’ nice. The shop is cute, especially since their updates on the store.
I got a very nice tour when I first went there, and love the idea if you board your dog they can be out all day.

I’m not sure what was wrong with other negative review? It is true, before your dog can attend doggy day care they have a behavior evaluation. I think the other reviewer was upset their dog was not socially compatible and took it out on the place with a bad review. Personally, I am so glad that every dog is not automatically thrown in with mine! Passing a temperament test sounds like a great idea to ensure the safety and security of my dog — I sure approve and appreciate that! I want Gigi to have fun in safe environment.
MY experience has been nothing but positive! We took Gigi to Kountry Resort day care down the street several times, great place, too! The difference for us was that at FYDO the dogs are not put in kennels alone during the day. At Kountry the dogs are alone in kennels more than they are playing with other dogs. I am taking my dog to play, I can crate her at home for free.
The people are very friendly here. I’ve watched interactions, all positive. Gigi is high energy, some say a «rough playing dog» and she loves playing all day! At FYDO I was given a tour of whole place (don’t get at Kountry) and allowed to observe dog playing. Staff is accommodating, friendly, and great with Gigi. Our dog loves to play at FYDO and comes home exhausted! She goes crazy with excitement when we pull in! Rates are reasonable, this is a great place.

We love Bonnie, who is our cat sitter. She has been wonderful and reliable. We’ve been very happy and highly recommend this place for cat sitting.

I am giving this place 1 star since zero isn’t an option. I took my dog for a behavior evaluation and they told me that he couldn’t come back because he failed the evaluation. Ironically he’s never had an issue at the dog park, never had an issue at the groomer’s who lets the dogs play with others once she’s finished working on them, and he’s never had an issue at Petsmart Pet Hotel and their day camp. So stay away from this place, take them to Kountry Pet Resort right down the road or a Petsmart Pet Hotel.
Also the people that worked there were not welcoming at all and I heard them screaming at the other dogs while I was waiting for them to do the evaluation on my dog. Not sure who Milo is but they kept screaming at that poor dog.

Our trainer was Debbie, and she was outstanding. She was patient, kind, and most of all effective with our Great Dane. We learned a
lot from her and would highly recommend her obedience training. Very caring and knowledgable lady.
