Our staff includes acupuncturists Pat Frenzel and Bobby Duhon. Renie Valquez is our massage therapist. Pat and Renie also are Quantum Biofeedback specialists and Pat also works with Naturopathy and Homeopathy. Our clinic offers a full Chinese herbal pharmacy and professional strength homeopathic remedies.

Elgin Acupuncture has been in the same location since 2003. We have expanded to three treatment rooms and two acupuncturists.

Meet the Business Owner

Pat F.

Business Owner

Owner Pat Frenzel is a 2002 graduate of TCTCM and opened the Elgin clinic in March 2003. A licensed acupuncturist, she is also a Doctor of Naturopathy, Certified Natural Health Practitioner and a Quantum Biofeedback Technician. After practicing for several years, Pat saw the need to integrate her knowledge of Oriental Medicine with the more traditional use of Western herbs and supplements. She graduated from Trinity College of Natural Health in 2006 where she studied the time honored practice of Naturopathy. This has allowed her to add a professional line of Homeopathic remedies to the Chinese herbal formulas. The introduction of Quantum Biofeedback furthered her ability to bridge the gap between ancient and modern.
