The staff was courteous, efficient and kind. My provider was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. When you do not feel well, it is nice to be surrounded by caring people. The online reservation system was helpful. Overall, I had a good experience.

This place is awful! I just moved to town and had an awful cold. After trying to fight it off I went into this place and they told me right away that they didn’t take my insurance and had to pay $ 120 + anything extra they had to do in the back. I went back and the told me I most likely had bronchitis and they were going to give me a Z-Pac. I told them I recently took a Z-Pac and it did nothing for me. I asked for a shot of penicillin but they told me it wouldn’t help me, lol! I’m a Spec-Ops veteran and penicillin it what the military used to give us to keep from getting sick in the most harsh conditions and to keep us going when we came down with all sorts of nasty stuff. Well, I took the Z-Pac and went back to work and my symptoms got so bad a couple days later that I had to go to the ER with a 104 degree temp and spent 2 days there with pneumonia and getting pumped full of iv antibiotics

I would give them 5 stars except for some administrative glitches. The staff were all friendly and courteous. The nurses and techs were competent and helpful. The PA I saw was fantastic– friendly, thorough and answered all my questions. I never felt like she was rushing through my appointment. My frustration arose prior to my appointment. I checked in online around 7:30 am and filled out the requested registration form. I arrived 10 minutes early, as instructed, and was told I needed to fill out a registration form. It was identical to the form I filled out online. I told the receptionist I had already completed the form online and she said this paper form was different. So I filled it out again. Then, it still took almost 45 mins for me to be seen. So, I’ll definitely go back when I need urgent care, but you should be prepared to wait, even if you make an appointment.

Mixed feelings about the staff. Some techs are nice and competent, some are condescending. Same for the Doctors. Some are okay(none are great) some are horrible. Found the Nurse Practitioner at my Primary Care Physician’s office was better than any of the Doctors here. I have been misdiagnosed there more than once, and have spent way to much money there too. Most people would be better off finding another urgent care/quick clinic.

Excellent service, great doctor. So popular that I found it busy before school begins because many Moms prefer to take their kids there for school physicals.
