Although audience members are invited to play small parts in most productions, Random Acts: The Murder Mystery Company is not an improvisational troupe that relies on the audience to do all the work! History

Established in 1999.

Random Acts was founded when Lynda and David met while working for a generic murder mystery company. While reading a script (and not laughing) the idea hit them to combine their talents! Since Lynda knew FUNNY and David knew MUSIC, Random Acts Interactive Musical Murder Mysteries was born! Now 15 years later Random Acts travels throughout the USA entertaining at restaurants, hotels, Army bases, casinos, zoos, parks, museums, on trains, boats and busses, in castles, country clubs, private homes, school gymnasiums, and even in swimming pools custom designing performances for ANY venue! Corporate Team Building Events, Mystery Mansions, Week-​end Whodunits, Kids Mystery Theater, Company Roasts and Interactive Cabarets are all about getting YOU, the audience involved! Shows are ¹⁄₃ script, ¹⁄₃ improvisation and ¹⁄₃ music, with tons of audience participation for those who like to be the center of attention and sing-​a-​longs for those who want to clap along from the sidelines.
