This is the best to take your computer, I have been taking my computers here for over 20 years. I have taken classes here and had computers fixed here, and have always been and remain a happy customer. Those that I have referred have walked away happy as well. I have had computers completed before time, and computers that took a little longer, for once one item was fixed, the computer needed something else, like a special part at a price I was willing to pay, in any event I was always kept aware of the status/​ETA of my system. Troubleshooting a computer is not black and white, it is a gray area… which I leave to Microeasy computer.

I had the absolute WORST experience with this place a handful of years ago. They had my laptop for well over two months and gave me only excuse after excuse. Every phone call with them was some new story about how there was a new problem.
Although thankfully, this particular place is the reason why I taught myself how to fix computers and now do it professionally, so at least there was something positive about my experience here.
Do NOT take your computers here.

he had our computer for almost a month, one excuse after another as to why it was taking so long, overcharged for work supposedly done and computer still is broken. feel we were scammed and cheated! do not take anything here to be repaired, it wont get fixed, you will be out money and still have to go somewhere else to get the work done. very poor service.

Thanks Kola for taking care of my elderly neighbor’s laptop. Kola is patient with him and explains fully without a lot of computer-​eze.
The computer was fixed and the price was fair each time we have been. Kola has been in the computer business for 25 years, he has a wealth of knowledge. If you don’t like big box places, this small business with excellent customer service is definitely for you!
