«I teach voice lessons and voice therapy! I develop singers voices, as well as helping public speakers and coaches, who use their voices excessively to regain it and strengthen it, so they can shine. My work extends to those who enjoy singing, to stage actors, and any performer who wants to gain confidence as well as vocal strength and vocal health!

I work with those who wish to learn to create original compositions and songs, teaching then to write and compose, I also prepare my clients for auditions, performances, public speaking events, recitals, and more»

History

Established in 2009.

I opened my voice studio in 2009 after many yrs of performing, writing and recording my music.

I have a passion for singing since I was 3 years old, and always wanted to share this love and passion with other who feel the same!

I still write, record, and perform wit original bands, I act and do music theatre as well.

Keren deserves all the stars… first off she cares! She will give you her honest opinion, and with her you can go no wrong. Keren individualizes her vocal lessons and personalizes them to accommodate the needs of each student. She is very knowledgeable in her crafts, and intuitive in knowing how to guide her students to achieve their best potential. If you want to become a pre/​professional singer, or pursue singing as a hobby — I strongly recommend Keren Gaiser as a vocal coach.

Keren is a wonderful instructor. Her energy, passion, and enthusiasm for singing, music, and performing are infectious. I have enjoyed working with Keren for about a year now, and feel that I have improved my vocal range, strengthened my voice, and learned about performance technique. Working with Keren will not only improve your singing and performing technique through vocal and floor exercises, it will encourage you to grow in ways you may not even have thought possible, such as in auditioning for musicals or writing/​performing your own music. Keren will push you to step out of your comfort zone while always encouraging you to stay true to yourself. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Keren is a great teacher. I have had many voice teachers and she has helped me break through very fast with her breath work, fries and personal techniques. She has great understanding on how to use the lower part of your body to push sound with almost no effort in the throat or head. She inspires me!

Keren worked with my daughter over a year starting at the age of 6. Keren’s ability to understand my daughter’s motivations and learning style proved unprecedented. My daughter always looked forward to her lessons. Keren does a great deal of warm up exercises which not only protects the voice, but channels a lot of energy, as well as, provides focus.
As a parent Keren communicated enough so that I understood some of the technical aspects, areas of future focus and homework for my daughter. When the time came for the recitals she was able to have the children keep it a surprise for the parents. Recitals were pleasantly casual enough to quell nerves. However, it was also professional. It was apparent a lot of time and thought went into the skillful performances which included drama, costumes and small storylines.
Keren is a highly charismatic and motivating teacher. I strongly recommend Keren. I would have started taking lessons, as well as, my daughter had we not moved out of the area.

Keren is as talented a teacher as she is a performer. She explains the technical aspects of singing, offers lots of sincere encouragement and constructive critiques — and makes you use muscles that you never knew you had. Both my daughter and I have been singing with her for several months now and have been making steady progress. Keren is a competent, professional instructor of vocal technique, but, just as important, she teaches you to sing from your soul and experience the joy and power of music not only in yourself, but in sharing it with others.

I have worked with Keren for 5 years and her skill at vocal instruction is unmatched. The amount of encouragement and positive energy that she brings to her lessons is wonderful. She makes the work fun and enjoyable. I am very shy about singing. Yet, Keren brings the right amount of encouragement with balanced patience to get even the shyest out doing the exercises.
Be prepared to work though as Keren is approaching vocal lessons the right way by training the student the right way so that students are developing their vocal instrument for long term sustainable use. She focuses on difficult but important core exercises, warm-​ups, and ear training. It is important for her that her students don’t develop bad habits and understand that the voice is a muscle that needs to be worked the right way.
Overall, I cannot recommend Keren enough. It really is her passion for vocals that makes this a fun way to train. The work is challenging, as it should be, but Keren’s passion and positive energy make the training enjoyable and fun. I have to say that I am so thankful for the instruction and I am so much more confident of my voice after the time I’ve spent with Keren.

Keren is an amazing teacher! I have grown so much vocally and presentation wise, just in a matter of months! She does core work, vocal warm-​ups, and we pick 1 – 2 songs to practice for a few weeks until the upcoming recital. I couldn’t ask for a better teacher! I think of her as more a close friend than a teacher. I love her!

Keren is a fabulous vocal teacher! She worked with my 11 year old daughter to develop her voice so that she could sing in a talent show. Keren was very patient with my daughter and helped her get over her shyness! My daughter had a fabulous talent show performance and she hopes to perform again next year! I am so happy I found Keren!

My 10 year old daughter took singing/​vocal lessons with Keren. Keren is a very passionate, energetic and hard working instructor. She is also very good with kids — my daughter couldn’t wait to see her every week and took her homework assignments seriously. I think mainly because Keren was always fun and mischievous and firm and patient at the same time (I wish I was like that!).
Keren is pretty flexible when you are running late or have to cancel a lesson at a short notice. She organizes small rehearsal events with kids performing, and parents watching and having snacks and wine (always a plus :).
As for minuses, I have to say that her lessons are pretty expensive and her house (where she teaches) was a little bit out of the way for me. Being a full time working mom, I try to multitask and get done as much as possible in as little as possible so it would be great if her studio was in a more convenient location. I did, however, end up exercising while my daughter was at the lesson and have to mention that the steep hills in the Carriage Hills provide a really good workout opportunities. :)
