DA Copywriter

I found DA Copywriter on craigslist. I was lucky enough to strike gold for my first search for the perfect writer. Deborah is extremely easy to work with and pays attention to what it is you want. Since writing is her expertise she knows exactly when to «add her two cents.» She provided me with a great business plan. Later I needed to revise it and she had no problem with doing so. The second time around I was on a budget and she worked with me, offering me the option of hourly or flat rate base pay. I chose hourly and she kept me informed on my timing. I would never go to anyone else if I needed anything done whether its web content for my website or a new business plan!

I was struggling with a business plan that was mostly written, but I could not find the time and determination to finish it. I searched for people to help me and was happy to find Deborah. She was very helpful, took the time to interview me on the phone to understand what the company was about. Although the business we are in (Biotech Contract Research Organization) is outside of her area of expertise, she was able to finish the writing of the business plan quickly and at a very reasonable price. I would use Deborah’s services again for other writing needs.

As I am not a creative writer AT ALL, I was really struggling with web content for my new business’s website I was creating. I looked on CL and called 5 different people. The first 3 were just lame (one guy’s sample of his writing actually had grammatical errors) or charged a ridiculous amount with a ridiculously haughty attitude and I almost settled on the fourth person, as I really needed to get it done.
Then Deborah returned my earlier call. Right away, I liked her because of her approach: she wanted to meet with my husband and me first to understand our business and to «feel what kind of passion» we have for it. She absolutely captured the essence of us and how we want to be portrayed and came to understand our business well (wine tasting tours in Napa/​Sonoma and Designated Driver, entire Bay Area — and that DD is not so easy to explain, but she did it). It was nice not to have to explain «that is not what I meant…», she just got it. Also, after the first draft of each page, two changes are included, which is generous and plenty.
Deborah is very sweet, sincere, honest and professional and a wonderful writer. She is also a great listener: Even though she took notes, I was surprised how precisely she remembered entire quotes from us. We are so happy with the outcome and beyond relieved that is not hanging over my head anymore. Now I am having some fun designing our website with the awesome content from D A Copywriter!
