I found this listing through a web search and checked out the website which made it very clear they handled veterans disability claims and benefits. They have an entire webpage dedicated to it, in fact. I sent them an email with an inquiry making it clear I would be a new client and wished to set up a consultation. It took four days for the office manager to reply to that email and at that time she advised me that the attorney handling veteran’s affairs was no longer with this firm. I was disappointed that it took four days to get a response via email and duly disappointed that their firm’s website has a clearly dedicated page to veteran’s benefits when he is no longer still with the firm. It’s probably time to update the website and maybe have the emails responded to, especially when it’s dealing with a new client, sooner than four days out. Overall, if they did still deal with veteran’s benefits, I’m not sure I would hire a firm when it seems their communication is significantly lacking in multiple areas.
