Oh how I wish Unilocal had –10 ratings because these clowns certianly earned that. I’ve been PM on 7 Tenant Improvement projects over the last 6 years, and never, ever have I ever worked with a more inept, unprofessional rude and downright dishonest group of people. Our project was slated to be complete December 13^th 2013. I’m still missing ceiling tiles and had to threaten to bill them $ 300.00 for security access badges they never returned just yesterday. Wouldn’t matter if they didn’t use the badges — they made illegal copies of our master key and propped the door open for hours at a time during construction while leaving our offices totally unsecured. I guess that would explain where several pieces of property disappeared? Do yourself a favor. Don’t Just DON’T.

These guys know their stuff! They think about everything (electrical, wheel chair accessible, height of items to be stored with reaching space above)! They will come out fairly quickly, and follow up with a quote usually within 24hours. We have had them in our office a few times, its clear to me that they have someone proof the mil mans measurements and if they question anything someone different will come out and check on everything.
The quality of their products are excellent, we opted for mid grade light Grey counter top, we have spilled coffee all over it everyday for the past four years and it still looks brand new.
