Havens Limo

I utilized the Hourly/​As Directed service offered by Havens Limo. I was flying into LA and spending time with family and wanted to treat them to a tour of the South Bay area micro breweries. Even though we were only going to do samplings at the breweries I don’t drink and drive so a car and driver was needed. Did a Google search and found Havens Limo on Unilocal with good reviews and reviewed their Facebook page as well. I contacted them using their website’s online quote form. I received a prompt email response with a quote, which I responded to providing some additional information about my itinerary and Havens Limo suggested using a different vehicle which saved me over $ 200. I hired them for 7 hours, provided them with the address of my hotel which was the pick-​up & drop-​off points along with a list of the six locations I wanted to visit. Ken N. our driver arrived early and waited for my party to arrive, once assembled we were on our way. Ken is a true professional, tending to the vehicles doors, drove safely, offered us bottled water, loaded our purchases into the trunk, and was very polite and respectful. When we arrived at our first location I told Ken approximately how long we would be staying, he provided me a business card and said all I need to do is text him when we were ready to depart. As we were ready to leave I sent Ken a text and as we walked out of the first brewery, there was Ken waiting for us holding the vehicle’s door open, I felt like royalty. The total tour loop was 40 miles with 6 stops and we utilized 7 hours of limo service at a very reasonable all inclusive rate. It was a pleasure dealing with Havens Limo service and Ken is top notch. I would utilized their services again in a heart beat!

I used this service in the form of a shuttle bus to and from the convention center and Omni hotel. Ken, the manager was very friendly and so was the driver. I was very satisfied with the service.
