Elements was built to be different right from the start. We want to change the way you think about real estate investment and what the role of a real estate brokerage should be.

History

Established in 2004.

Challenging convention is in our DNA.

We started out as investors, purchasing properties and converting them from traditional residences to contemporary showpieces. It was a hobby that became a full-​time commitment. Before we knew it we were buying and contemporizing homes on a monthly basis.

While we were striving for perfection and continuously raising the bar with every remodel, we kept running into the same issue — we just couldn’t find a real estate company or agent who had the same passion for contemporary design that we did. How could they be looking out for our best interest when they did not understand our vision and inspiration?

It was this frustration with the unimaginative, phoned-​in way that traditional real estate firms were doing business that prompted us to create Elements.

Today we are the only firm in the Greater Los Angeles area offering the full complement of design, remodeling and real estate services, specialized in contemporary real estate.

Real Estate has always been my passion as it allows me to express myself and be creative, while helping people move forward in their lives.

I graduated from University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, with a degree in Corporate Finance with emphasis is real estate. My education gave me the foundation to be successful. My vision, determination and perseverance pushed me to create an amazing company made up of awesome people!

My intention is to earn your business through my modern approach to real estate which focuses on maximizing value for you!

I live my life and run my business according to 7 core values which define my existence.

These guys are the best landlords I’ve ever had. The application process was a bit scrupulous, but it has definitely been worth it. I am impressed with the speed at which any issues we have had have gotten resolved, whether its repairs or any concerns we have. One issue we had was the heat around the summer, knowing full well when we signed the lease that our unit didn’t have ac, however these guys heard our concern and installed central AC! Before renting with these guys, I had never ever received a christmas package from a landlord, so my wife and I truly appreciate each holiday package that we’ve received from Elements. I highly recommend working with Elements for your housing needs.

I used Elements this year as my real estate agent as a seller. When my agent, Sean first stepped into my house he gave us great advice on what could be fixed and how the furniture should be staged. They have a sister company, Contmpo Design (
) that stages their properties. We did everything he recommended and the house looked amazing and ready to show. One week later we collected 9 offers. We reviewed all offers together, we countered a total of 3 offers and ended up having a bidding war. We ended up closing way over the price we thought we were going to get! If you are thinking of selling your home these guys are the real deal and will be in your corner 100%.
