I come here a lot and never had a problem except today. The two ladies taking orders had bad attitudes and the chicken I received tasted like it just came out of a refrigerator. Was weirdly cold. Will come back again, and if I receive bad service from those girls I will also be getting their names.

Chipotles are like the fast food of the burrito world. Should be quick, easy and effective. The expectation with chains like this is the food and service should be pretty much the same regardless of where you go. All three times that I have been here the table that I sat down on was not cleaned off and the person taking my order acted like I was making them work by asking for everything on my food. On top of that they give you hardly any meat or toppings. The next time I am craving a quick burrito I will not hesitate to keep driving past this place.

I’ll start off by saying that the service was good, Maritza was my server. The downside about this chipotle spot is the parking. It sucks. It’s a very small parking lot, and I had to wait 5 minutes, until someone left. Also, not sure if it’s with every chipotle restaurant, but every single time I ask for the sofritas, it’s only half a scoop, not even the whole scoop. I feel like I get more lettuce than anything else lol

Contrary to what other folks had to say about poor service, my experience was ok. They were quick and friendly for a fast food joint, although nothing outstanding. Chipotle’s food, on the other hand, was horrible. Salt bomb. No real flavor. Yuck! So the main reason I ate here today was because I had the free coupon they sent everyone due to the food poisoning scare. Plus, I can customize to have a paleo meal. I tried the carnitas salad with pico de gallo, guac, and spicy hot sauce. The meat tasted strange and was extremely salty. I love pork and was kind of excited that they started serving pork but this did not taste at all what my tastebuds were hoping for. I think the guac actually tasted strange too. So disappointed :( I know I did not come here thinking I’d get a gourmet meal but my expectations were obviously not low enough. However, I don’t think I’ll be back, even if they send more free coupons. Not worth my time or calories.

This is the absolute worst Chipotle!!! El Segundo location has gone downhill! Let’s start with the good. 1-Healthy meal 2– It’s location near my home… The Bad 1-the service is not the best 2-the staff do not seem to like there JOB! 3-No manager on site. 4-the meat is cold… 5-not clean. I just visited the Long Beach location on PCH It was great, staff was friendly, and upbeat. My opinion, the staff is very young and immature, Re-Training is a must!!!

Wow their quality of food does not compare to other Chipotles. Their veggies and salsas are incredible. Cheers to their cook«HERO» I believe his name was. The creator of my burrito was Eunice and it was delicious and very well wrapped. Veronica also made my day but allowing me to customize my order even after I placed the order. We added beans on the side which I later added to my meal. This store has the best customer experience amongst the other stores I’ve visited.

Rude customer service for an order I placed online and had to wait for it as well. It was well after lunch time and no one in line, probably would’ve been faster ordering there than online. The girl at the register wasn’t friendly at all and kinda just pushed the food towards me. Parking is also hard to find here. It’s in the same lot as The Habit, a bank, cell phone store, and I think Walgreens.

This might be the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. They were out of everything, one person was behind the counter, no one was in the kitchen, there was stuff all over the floor, a few of the employees were just hanging out in the dining area even though only one person was working the food area for a line of people. This location has the poorest customer service plus a worthless manager. A large wen order was submitted and picked up. Out of 10 items, two were completely wrong. I asked for no beans and no fajita veggies yet I received nothing but fajita veggies and black beans! Salads were ordered and no lettuce!!! I called the store and was told, sorry… you can come back and we make it again or we can refund you. Ok, process the refund… then manager said, you have to come in so we can process your refund. Are you serious!!! I asked for the area manager’s number and was told, you can call her and her name is Sarah. She will not be able to process your refund either. WTF!!!

This location has consistently gone down hill since 2013. Cooks without hats, front line people without gloves. Chicken was like rubber. But mostly the staff seems unfriendly and indifferent. Based on my restaurant management background, I say change management and retrain staff. Let me know when that happens and I might return.

Every time I come the line is out the door, like now ! It has not moved the 15 minutes I’ve stood here … That’s what made me pull out my phone right now and Unilocal!If they know weekends are busy then they should have a full staff ! 2 girls behind the counter, and they are very very slow! The mngr should be helping out at the least ! This is very disappointing and it takes up my 1 hr lunch break just to come here and get my food to go! Not happy! Horrible experience ! Once in a while is understandable but not every weekend ! Are u hiring? I’ll apply just to get things moving! Unfreakinbelievable! Oooh ! I just moved one step in line! 14 people ahead of me now instead of 15 !

Meh. I’ve experienced better. I have perpetual disappointment for places that CONTINUOUSLY short change the chicken. I won’t name names, Panda Express, now Chipotle. Come on, man. Loads of rice, loads of beans, and half spoonful of the chicken. I know meat is more expensive, but it’s like they purposely don’t fill the spoon. You guys really need to get this under control. I’ve even seen them fill the spoon and then pour out some of the chicken… haha I have a half chicken bowl in the fridge, and I almost want to throw it out because it’s not what I want… at all.

I wish I could leave Zero star !!! This chipotle is beyond horrible The food was cold– I asked for lettuce on my bowl and the girl said that lettuce was only for salads ! Even though I have always had lettuce on my bowl. Then she kept arguing with me while spitting on my food . So I decided to give up on my lettuce / Bathroom is like jail toilets — there is no ice in the soda fountain — the place is dirty /tables/floors/you name it– shame shame shame on you chipotle !

Always long lines & they sprinkle ingredients when you ask for extra like it’s coming out of their pocket… Employees don’t pay attention when you say easy rice, or extra cheese for example. I always feel rushed and they are very inconsistent w/the servings. I’m a huge fan of their Guacamole but lately their guac at this location has been on the salty side. The bag of chips they give you keeps getting lighter and lighter. Maybe 6 – 8 tortilla chips inside bag wow. Parking is a bit hectic… customer service blah!

***Just like every other Chipotle; I think their crispy tacos are pretty decent for fast food if you opt for the shredded beef or the carne asada; lines seem to be shorter here than other Chipotle locations though maybe that is really just about when you go*** This Chipotle is located in a retail plaza with a Habit and a pharmacy and all of these businesses share a free parking lot. It is easy finding an open space.
