Dana runs a great business!

I absolutely love this place. So much fun!!! The teachers are great. Really enjoy the classes!
The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the price and also the time of the classes. It’s really expensive– about $ 30 per class or around $ 200 a month. If you are on a budget its hard to afford. And since the hammocks take time to set up, the teacher has to spend around 10 minutes or so making sure everyone is set– she has to get on a ladder. That takes away from the time of the class. It would be nice to make the classes 1 hr 15 minutes or so to give time to do this so you get a solid hour workout.

This is the best thing I have tried in a while. The owner is extremely nice, helpful, and encouraging. As a newbie she makes you feel included and never lets you feel like you don’t belong. I am only visiting but cannot wait to come back to do this again! If you live in the area this is a must… At least once a week!

Fun fun fun! Went with a friend for aerial yoga on a weeknight. The studio is large and open. The aerial yoga class runs adjacent to the trapeze/​hoop class, so it’s a bit distracting and a challenge to keep your mind in tune with your own practice.
It is a bit uncomfortable at first to let your inhibitions go and hang upside down, and stretch your body in ways you wouldn’t otherwise. But it’s super fun, challenging, and the instructor (Kristen) is sweet and attentive!
This is definitely more of a body focused yoga. Other than the few minutes in shavasana in my silk cocoon, I couldn’t really engage my mind or focus. But I definitely want to go back!

Classes I have taken: Antigravity yoga, pole, and some beginning silks.
Consensus: Love everything about this place!
All the teachers are so warm and friendly. I used to come regularly to pole on Tuesdays and there is a true bond that you feel with Dana and the pole students. I have been coming for 2 years. Dana culminates a safe space for you to release yourself in the free flow dance at the end of every class. But she still challenges you to push yourself (in a safe way) and continue to progress. The only downside is that Dana believes in you so you feel the pressure to work hard and do your best (if you can call that a bad thing).
At first, I flinched at spending so much on my fitness. It may seem expensive up front, but completely worth the cost.
If you don’t do pole, take the beginning 4 pack class! Everyone starts somewhere!

Fun place and friendly staff. I took a few of the anti-​gravity yoga class and it’s a good alternative to regular Yoga/​Pilates. I love dance and acrobatics and want a good stretch so I thought I give this a try. I also have chronic lower back pain. And because it’s anti-​gravity and you end up doing a lot of inversions, I come out of the class more flexible, stronger and more open in the spine. The all-​level class is good for beginners as well. They’ll work with you. I would maybe try the silk class as well. It looks fun. The only thing I would suggest is keeping the place a bit warmer in the winter. It’s an open warehouse type of environment and the yoga is right next to the garage door, lacking insulation. I have to wear long sleeves to keep warm but my feet gets really cold. Have to be careful in the beginning and don’t injure yourself because your muscles are not warmed up.

The thing about doing this kind of excercise is that every time you do it, you get stronger. I LOVE this place, love the strong people, love how supportive the instructors are. Dana is one of those great women. Aeriel arts and pole isnt a cheap thing to do, but it is something i feel good about doing for myself, and also because i want to support the studio in any way i can. Try this for yourself.

Believe is my home away from home. I am obsessed with this studio! So clean, beautiful, FUN and all of the instructors are so friendly and skilled at what they are teaching! I first started at believe about two years ago with the anti gravity yoga. I was instantly hooked and determined to get as good as all of the advanced students. I built my strength up in that class and then about two months ago finally felt I was strong enough to start doing the other aerial classes (hoop and silks!) all of the classes are so fun and make you so strong! I had no upper body strength when I started and now I’m able to pull up and do all kinds of things in the air! Can’t recommend this studio enough and have brought all of my friends here to try the classes! Bonus they have parking and a coffee/​tea station so you can enjoy a cup after class!

I took the aerial choreography intermediate class. When I signed up they did not have in the description stating that they were rehearsing for their fall show. When I arrived at the class was when I found that out. I decided to stay. We stretched for about 25 minutes of a 60 minute class. If I had known previously that the class was dedicated to rehearsing for the fall show then I would have rescheduled for another one. It was more like an open studio/​rehearsal while I waited for the instructor. It was a waste of time. The ceilings are low.
Pro-​the instructor was very nice, but she was focused on rehearsing for the fall show, which is great, but they did not make that clear when I signed up 2 weeks in advance.

Okay, I felt very silly and uncoordinated and stiff, but this is seriously such a fun studio. I took the aerial yoga class and the instructor was so sweet and helped me do my flips and get into positions. It was also a really great workout! My arms feel like Madonna’s today!
They sell lots of cute clothes, offer free iced water, coffee and tea, and free parking!

My best friend and I had the BEST experience here last night. We were welcomed by our first names by the desk assistant, Ariel. She gave us a tour of the studio, which is not only spacious but very well kept and clean. We got to catch the end of the kids aerial class which was awesome to see the talent.
We took the aerial fitness open level class. We did a full body warm up with lots of stretching. They we used the trapeze for shoulder warm ups and to loosen up our bodies. We did a few different moves on the silks, depending on your fitness level. We ended the class with a hoop exercise.
Overall, it was awesome! It not only kicked my butt but makes me want to go back everyday! My friend and I will definitely be back! You guys are awesome!

Last night I tried aerial silk class from a groupon I purchased. It is located on a side street with lots of other businesses. It was pretty crowded since my class was at 7pm. They have a very friendly staff and provide hot and cold refreshments which I thought was very thoughtful! The class was very fun to do with Karen. She had a lot of high energy and definitely loves what she does. The only odd thing I thought was the other instructor was across the room teaching anti gravity yoga, I kept losing focus a little bit lol. Not that much privacy but still a really pleasant experience!

I’ve studied here for 5 months and am not only in the best shape of my life, I feel more grounded and connected because of the caring team and other members of this studio. I highly recommend it!

I purchased a groupon online and the staff is very accommodating! Aerial yoga was really tough (being flexible doesn’t help you that much), but the instructor was so patient and understanding! The studio itself is huge and it has a shower/​changing room with a TON of amenities.

Great space, and comfortable atmosphere for beginners to advanced. I went to my first aerial yoga class last week as I was bored with my current work out and didn’t know what to expect. Karen was very friendly and adjusted the workout moves to the different experience levels in the class, yet still making it challenging and fun everyone. My only regret is that I didn’t buy a bigger class package!

Was looking for an aerial arts class, in hopes to start a new hobby. Found this studio, and I couldn’t be happier.
I took the lyra (hoop) class last Thursday, and had Karen as my instructor. She was very patient and helpful, and made sure to equally help the beginners and the more advanced. To say the least, I’m completely intrigued by Lyra now and would love to eventually become more advanced!
Also, everyone at this studio is very welcoming, and accepting of new people joining. It’s refreshing! So take a class, you won’t regret it!

I got sick of spending money at other studios that were dirty & unprofessional with poor customer service. This led me to find Believe and I’m so happy I did! They offer new client discounts so I took advantage of their offer and was so impressed with their studio.
First, the classes start on time. Instructors are polite & professional.
Second, the studio is clean. You won’t be gagging at the sight of hairballs on dirty floors or unable to breathe due to overpowering air freshener. It’s clear that Believe maintains their facilities and respects their clients requests.
Third, the owner Dana is SO nice! She goes out of her way to make you feel welcome & takes the time to answer your questions.
Lastly, they have showers! This makes it so easy to fit a trip to the studio into your schedule for the day.
I can’t wait to try more classes here!

While all of your friends are checking into the boring gym, you can post about how much fun you had while you worked out! I love to post about my antigravity (aerial) yoga workouts because 1) it’s a huge personal achievement 2) it’s bragging rights when you can achieve some of the poses 3) everyone is intrigued that you can do such a workout 4) no one has cooler workout photos than you! Believe is my FAVORITE place to work out and AERIAL YOGA is my favorite workout. I’ve now been doing aerial yoga for one year now. I do it 1 – 2 times per week, whatever my schedule allows. This workout works every part of your body and builds your strength. Prior to attending these classes, my friends and coworkers would joke that my body strength counted as half of a person… –_​–
What I like best about aerial yoga is the fact that you feel like a kid playing on the playground. You’re suspended in the air on a hammock that is only about hips height off of the ground. When people hear that you do yoga in a hammock, they picture «lazy yoga», but boy are they wrong! After attending class even just 1 – 2 times per week, my coworkers were noticing a difference in my strength and my posture. They actually would ask me for help because they knew I finally had the strength to actually be helpful to them.
In the beginning, you will be nauseous, the wraps will be uncomfortable, and you will be afraid of falling but Dana (one of the instructors) will remind you that, «we all start somewhere». When I first started I was so afraid that I would hit my head and that I would fall, but if you listen to exactly what your instructors say, you will not bump your head nor fall out of the hammock. I have never seen anyone fall! I also got very nauseous the first few times. Once your body gets used to being in the hammock and in the «wraps», you’ll have so much fun during your workout! The poses can be very challenging, which just motivates you to work up the strength to get you there.
I take every single one of my girlfriends to Believe and two of them travel all the way from Arcadia to get here. My several other girlfriends enjoyed their visit and loved this place as well, but live quite a distance away to come regularly.
Dana, Adam, Deirdre, and Heather are all amazing instructors. Dana’s body will prove to you that you can eat whatever dessert you want as long as you work out. She’s also very encouraging and fun. Adam’s class will kick your butt and you’ll surely notice your abs even when class is over. Deirdre has so much fun energy to feed off of and she really takes the time to individualize the workout for each person. Heather’s classes are challenging but also very fun.

I’m a former customer at this studio. I took pole classes and one on one reformer pilates. I loved my teachers, Adam and Venus. This review is based on the studio’s policies.
I purchased a 10 pack of equipment pilates over a year ago. When I purchased it, I was told it never expires, I can sign up to drop in on classes as I liked. To be honest, I forgot about this package. I ended up moving 60 miles away, and realized I still had this unused package of classes. I called the studio and asked if it could be transferred to a friend who lived close to the studio. The owner said it was non transferable but I could still use it.
It’s not worth it for me to drive 120 miles round trip, use up my gas and time, just to go to a class that cost me $ 15 and is about an hour long for a total of 10 times. I recently logged into my account on the Believe website to check the class schedule in the event that I’m in the area. My package shows it expired a year after it was purchased, even though I was told it never expires when I purchased it.
I don’t recall there being a written or typed non-​transfer policy, I just paid for the classes and it was addded to my online account.
I’m very disappointed because this is not a chain studio. I wasn’t asking for my money back, I just wanted to give the classes to someone who could actually use them. When the owner said I could not but I could still use the classes, then I find out my classes expired, I was even more upset!
I understand that as a business, you have to set policies in place, but you also have to be realistic and flexible with your customers if you want them to recommend your business and keep coming back. Most gyms or spas will cancel/​refund your membership if you move to an area that doesn’t have one within a certain distance of your new residence.
So, before you buy a package, make sure you get clear and accurate information. If they tell you the classes don’t ever expire, ask for something in writing. I hope no one has to experience what I did.
Very disappointed.
