Taos Pilates Studio offers quality Pilates Instruction with affordable options for all!
In business in Taos since 2002, our instructors offer more than 20 years experience teaching. All instructors have completed a 450 hour Pilates Certification Program and regularly attend continuing education. We offer Group Equipment classes, Semi-Private Equipment classes, Private instruction and Group Mat classes.
Taos Pilates studio also teaches the Pilates courses through UNM Taos. This is a chance for students to learn about Pilates philosophy and experience the Pilates equipment in a college setting.
Our beautiful location in El Prado is just 2 miles north of Taos Plaza and offers a gracious view of the mountains.
