Mary Elizabeth Cassandra N.

Business Owner

Mary Elizabeth believes in helping people empower themselves through good nutrition. After studying culinary arts, business, holistic heath & education at The University of New Mexico in Taos, she decided to create a business that supports this vision. She also believes that nutritious foods should taste delicious. All food prepared by SCHA is the highest quality of ingredients, made with love & careful skill. Mary Elizabeth is also a midwife & yoga teacher. A portion of all proceeds will be donated to MSF/​Doctors Without Borders. Also, all food not used after preparation or sale is donated to local soup kitchens.“From Our Hearts to Yours!” Thank you for supporting us!
