Just took my husbands 3 year old Allen Edmonds shoes for new soles and polishing, and they look good as new. It only took one day too! I am very happy with repair they have done.

More expensive than any of the shoe repair stores I checked out and they do not make up for it in quality. Zipper is on the verge of completely coming off and the metal pull tab broke! The staff was totally unresponsive to what was obviously poor work.

Very professional and does exceptional work. Great attention to detail. These Justin boots came from up north where there is snow and salt, and he made them look new! I thought they were a lost hope. Highly recommended.

Fantastic work! I didn’t recognize the boots — they were really beat up when I dropped them off to be re-soled and now they look better than brand new! Amazing! AND they were done in two days! great work and very fast!

Amazing work! So impressed by how well he fixed my shoes! They look brand new! Check my pictures. They were really bad when I gave it to him and now they look amazing! He’s very nice and very sweet! Always looking forward to make his customers happy!

This place is the best shoe repair shop I have done business with. The quality of their work is by far outstanding. The gentleman that is at the front counter which is also the shoe repair man is very friendly and helpful. This shop can also help you with repairing purses, belts, luggage and pretty much anything leather. Their custom made boots are the best! I have bought 2 pairs of boots, custom made to my size and they fit like a glove! Definitely a must try shop at Sunland Park Mall.

They are quite expensive, but the quality of the work is better than most of the other shoe repair shops in El Paso. Be sure to let them know if you need them in a day or two, otherwise it could be a week or two till they are ready.

Modern life brings us great things like espresso at every corner and Unilocal.Sadly, modern life also spells the doom of artisans and tradesman. Yet, in El Paso you can still find tradesmen, even in the high end mall that is Sunland Park. The Shoe Doctor repairs, cobbles, shines, and sells shoes and all manner of leather goods. But what sets the Shoe Doctor apart, other than the fact that he is in a mall(!), is the quality of service and craftsmanship. I have taken three pairs of shoes to be re-heeled and re-soled and in each case the shoe comes back to me better than the original. The owner is also a very gentle and nice man whose young son often spells him and manages to be very professional despite his age(about 11 I think).
