The Shack Wing & Brews offers a neighborly atmosphere, with great quality service, and the best Hot Wings of El Paso, proven for 3 consecutive years by winning the «Hottest Wings» at the Border Beer and Wing Fling. Despite the name, at The Shack Wings and Beer we offer a wide variety of dishes like our famous 100% Angus Beef hamburgers such as our signature burger known simply as The Shack — topped with crispy onion strings, melted Swiss cheese and Honey BBQ Sauce. You can even build your own burger, choosing from all of our delicious toppings. On the side, take your pick from one of our many Shack-​Attizers like Jalapeño Poppers Chili Cheese Fries, and Fried Frog Legs!

If you’re here for the wings, we have three simple steps to shack it up. Choose your style from traditional, breaded, or boneless wings, choose your pile of anywhere between 10 to 50 wings, and finally — choose one of our many sauces to smother ‘em all in. To wash it all down, we have a full bar that has whatever drink you’re looking for. From domestic and imported bottles & drafts, to mojitos, margaritas, and other chilly drinks perfect for hot days and hot wings.

The wings… specifically the breaded lemon pepper wings keep me coming back. I haven’t tied anything else on the menu yet but this has my interest. One concern is the lunch rush can be a challenge. I get timely service upon arrival but getting the check can be a challenge. I’ll update my review later once I try other items on the menu.

I’ve been here several a times as a frequent customer. Service has been getting worse and worse as time progresses. It like the girls hired to be servers couldn’t be stupider. As you sit they take your drink order but don’t bring your drinks Until 15 – 20 minutes later. They get drunk ordered mixed up on a small table. They continuously get the orders wrong and even after you’ve told them what you ordered they still come back a third time to ask what you’ve ordered. They continuously for get any side items that you might have ordered. And when they do finally bring you your sides they bring it at the end of your meal. Once you’ve been served your meal they won’t come back unless you wave them down to get their attention.

Excuse my language but I FUCKEN LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Since the first day I stepped foot in here I have never been disappointed. Burgers, wings, drinks, appetizers, and the staff are all top notch. By far the best wings I have ever had anywhere. I travel a lot and nothing compares in my opinion. I truly wish I could invest or franchise with them. The original location is small but worth it for the food and service. The addition of their new location is going to help this company boom. I look forward to seeing that. If you’ve never been here it is a MUST!!! Never take advice from skinny people where good places are to eat. Lol. Trust the belly. Mine says its as legit as it gets.

Took a friend here on a Tuesday night and we were both satisfied. It was a bit packed, but still had some seating. I’m sure this place is crowded on a weekend. However, the place is pretty small. Some seating outside but since it’s getting colder now I don’t think you wanna sit outside. Lol.
Customer service was all right. Took awhile to get our check, but the manager was kind to help us. They greeted, but they were all busy. I’m guessing that’s why our waitress disappeared for a bit. Lol. Anyways, their food was good. Wings was a bit over salty, but it was great with ranch. Now, their nachos. Oh my! It was served on a HUGE platter. Like a small size pizza platter lol! We had to take it home. Sooo good. They didn’t have happy hour when we came. Happy hour is only M-​Fri from 2p.m. — 7 p.m. I wasnt sure for weekend happy hour, i didnt see it on their menu. I had their Pina Colada (cause I love pineapples and coconut) and it was soooo delicious. I’ll be ordering that again.
Great hang out place and cool music. Just a bit tight inside. Other than that give this place a try!

If you don’t mind a little wait, this place is a nice place to get a bite to eat. I’m not really a wing girl. I always get the chicken salad. If we order, we usually order to go since it’s pretty packed the majority of the time. If there is a fight and they are busy, expect to wait for your order, even if you call in.
It’s definitely cheaper to get the 50 wings. I’m confused at what is given to you when you order this. Today we weren’t charged for ranch. They gave it to us in big containers. However, I have had to pay for little ranch cups before. It’s good to know that it can be free.
Overall, it’s a neat little place. If you need a cool spot to stop and eat n drink, this may work. Music varies. Every time we come it’s different kinds of music playing.
Since it opened, it’s gotten a whole lot more more popular! My opinion is to get it to go!

This place has the best fried mushrooms they are amazing. The wings are great some of the best ive had while in el paso. Today I tried the Buffalo it was huge and delicious. This hands down is one of the best spots to eat in el paso.

Another one of the bars/​restaurants in El Paso that I miss. We used to come here all the time. We would come here first and then head over to Cockpit. The drinks were always amazing and fairly cheap. I tried my first flaming dr. pepper here. The wings were pretty good as well. The girls that work there are nice. The only down side is that sometimes it can get really crowed considering its a pretty small building.

The burgers and wings are awesome here! The Shamoy Margarita has became my new fave but it’s an acquired taste after enjoying Mexican tamarind candy for years. Nice stash of beers too. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu and wait staff (Clarissa) is great; very efficient and thorough even though I couldn’t decide on a burger ($ 5 burgers on Wednesday). The place is rather small though and always noisy so date night conversations are difficult. Parking is also an issue! Highly recommend for friend gatherings and catching a game.

The place is super small for so many tables but we heard the wings were great here so we had to give it a try! We got the appetizer sampler and the poppers were so good! Same with the pickle spears! They gave only 3 tiny potato skins and they were alright and the artichoke dip was watery! Our waitress sucked! She took forever with everything and didn’t check on us or refill our cups. she had a cute butt though my husband pointed out she had no panties on!. Lol. And as for the wings they were great. We got the buffalo ones traditional. They had alot of meat on them and they had a softer skin. My husband and I prefer deep fried then dipped in a sauce. But I enjoyed them for sure!

I used to take people from the other side of town over here because the wings were AMAZING! Recently I went back after a few months and wings were itty bitty, and just like anywhere else. Guess I’m not traveling that far or takin anyone else. Bummer, it used to be awesome.

Good place with decent bar food. Went there for lunch and had the spinach and artichoke dip w/​tortilla chips and a mushroom Swiss burger. Plenty of dip for about four people but it was more runny than I’m used to. Burger was delicious and I would’ve murdered the seasoned fries if I had more room. Waitresses were polite but could’ve noticed sooner that I was ready to get my check.

Walked in during a mildly busy lunch period, sat down, and got served relatively quickly. Waitress seemed either A) Overwhelmed, or B) Stoned out of her mind. Botched our appetizer order (which took 25 minutes to come out), then messed up two of our meal orders (which were out a good hour after we arrived). Food quality was poor; nachos came out lukewarm. Fries were extremely soggy, and none of the sauced items we ordered (wings and strips) tasted like anything but salt. I’ve had better food from fast food joints. Not planning to return.

I have been here many times and have always enjoyed the food and service, but this last time they had the music blaring so loud that it was hard to communicate. As a result all the customers were shouting to each other. It was strange, the waitress asked us to repeat our order multiple times. When we requested that it be turned down a little, the day manager flat out said an emphatic no! He did offer to move our table, but it wouldn’t have mattered because the music was at an ear-​shattering level no matter where you sat. Too bad, I really liked this place, I hope its not just going to be catering to loud beer drinking thugs. It had such potential.

The Spicy Lemon Pepper wings we’re amazing. I’m not a fan of lemon pepper but these blew my mind. The girl at the bar was very helpful and helped us choose our sauce by sampling. Great service, food, good environment. Hands down best wings in El Paso.
