Great place to have a pedi and a drink!!! Everyone seems to happy all the time! I really love the gel pedi along with a Piña colada. Highly recommended it!!!

I went in about a week ago. Read the reviews! Staff did seem like everyone was in a bad mood. I will never go back again. There are better places with better staffs. The woman that did me, was just so rude. I thought about calling, but Unilocaling is a better idea. Oh, and I did hear several of the 5 star reviews are from EMPLOYEES. not cool! Sorry, but you lost another customer.

So dirty. I am honestly surprised about the positive reviews, this place was very gross. There were cockroaches. Trash on the floor. But worst of all, was Julie, she smelt so bad I thought I was going to throw up. I will never go back again.

Great, fast service! I came in and the atmosphere was great. Everyone asked if I wanted something to drink or if I needed anything. The woman who did my nails was very personable and did a great job on my nails. The best thing is that they have so many colors to chose from. The have a large selection of regular and gel polishes!

This nail bar is top notch and very professional. The staff is knowledgable, kind and I am very happy with my nails!

They are excellent. I was visiting from houston during Thanksgiving and needed a nail fill with red color. I asked them to show me their red powder and then two store girls helped me look. They tested 3 different redish colors till we found one that would work and make me most happy. I sat back and let her work while I read a book. I told her I didnt want square shape but more rounded which she perfectly did. Also cleaned up any leftover color under my nails without me asking. I also asked her to clean up my cuticle skin that was rough. The little requests I made personalized my nail experience which were followed with the instructions given. I was asked if wanted a drink without me asking and i took a moscato. I was very impressed with personalization and beautiful nails. I am very picky! Most salons in houston dont meet my expectations and I drive far to go someplace good. Ladies I worked with both were very nice and very kind demeanour with smiles. It didnt faze them I was little nervous trying find the right color. They didnt rush me. Sometime you go and feel like they are talking about you as they work. This did not happen and they spoke english very well. The spa design inside is beautiful with many flat screen tvs and comfy chairs. It was excellent experience. At the end I was prepared for a high fee because if you get something done right you pay more. They charged me $ 35 for a refill which I believe is a great price and beats houston prices. I gave a big tip for the great work because I am so picky and it was very good. My nails are still beautiful and they will last two to three weeks. I’ve had so many compliments on the red sparkle color we choose for the holidays. I will go back when I’m in town visiting.

I’m giving it 3 stars because of my nail tech. I feel like she rushed through my pedicure when there was no need to, especially for $ 60. I’m not a cheap person, I believe in you get what you pay for; but it didn’t dawn on me until I was getting ready to leave that the same ladies who were already there getting a pedicure when I initially came in, were still there and still receiving pedicures. No their nail techs weren’t slow, they were being thorough in my opinion.
Therefore I will give them another try because other than my tech, this place is what I’ve been looking for in El Paso. I love that they do gel pedis! Now I don’t think it should be $ 15 just for gel (the pedi package I picked was $ 45…again, not a cheap person, just pissed about not being able to really enjoy it because I was rushed), but I believe that even though they say it’s complimentary drinks, the extra prices are paying for cocktails. Yes, they serve cocktails.
And even though I didn’t get a mani, I inquired and they also have/​do gel builder nails. I HATE acrylic! So finding someone in El Paso that does and has gel builder, is right up my alley.
I’ll give them another try and if I get better service I will most definitely update my rating.

Unique in that there is alcohol. It is big clean and sparkly. Great pedi chairs. People are not overly friendly and you have to repeat yourself and what you want several times. Large color selection. Girl was confused and a little rude about the fact that I didn’t want them to use the cheese grater on my feet. Had gel done. No more expensive than other places I have been. I will come back.

Love this place~ Don did a great job on my nails :) I got a gel full set and couldn’t be happier right now. I hope it lasts for a while ^^

EDIT 1÷08÷16: I came in here Friday to get my nails painted with gel because they were the closest place to me open. I had previously come here and was impressed with the variety of colors you could choose from. Very upset with the quality the technician had to offer me on this visit. They are sloppily painted and have a bumpy surface. For 25 dollars I could’ve gone to my other tried and true salon that doesn’t charge me an extra five dollars for painting gel on acrylic. This salon has lost me as a customer.

I want to thank Unilocal for leading me in the right direction. I was looking for a new nail shop and after one visit here I think this is my new spot. I came in on Wednesday around 11am and waited for a little less than ten minutes but j didn’t mind. I hate when you can tell technicians are just hurrying to push people out to serve more customers – work tends to start looking sloppy in my opinion.
I had a pink and white set done by Tony. He really made sure with me that I was pleased with the amount of white tip and the shape – two thumbs up for that because I’m very fussy about my nail shape. But he was patient with me which is a nice change from the typical rude nail technicians.
I didn’t get a pedicure as I recently had one a week ago but I will get one next time I come in for a fill.
Oh & one more thing, enjoy yourself with a drink from the bar!

Great manicure, the regular polish hasn’t chipped in a week and I do a lot with my hands. Dishes, pool, yard work, not to mention I bathe at least daily. I’m definitely going back.

I really enjoyed my experience at The Nail Bar. I loved my nails and the free drink was a bonus. I highly recommend that you pamper yourself and they will take very good care of you!

I loved The Nails Bar, people are super friendly, service was fantastic and prices were great. I got the tropical pedicure and it was a beautiful experience. I’m coming again and bringing my girlfriends with me.

I went there a week ago and had fantastic service! Gel Mani/​Pedi was the best I ever had. Excellent attention to detail and fixed a nail that the nail tech did not like the looks of. Offered wine, water or frozen drink. Clean, classy décor and 14 pedi chairs and at least 12 manicure stations. No wait time at all, visited weekday around lunch. Also great selection of polish colors and well maintained. They have a loyalty card as well.
Location is hidden away and you will be surprised by the size when walking in. Super friendly staff, it is my new go to spot for sure. Also great brow wax. Prices on par with other local salons; so given quality, service and drink a great value.

There’s no other nail salon like this in El Paso. There are places that come close, but there’s nothing on this level. Best experience I’ve had in any nail salon and I honestly think I have a new nail salon.
I check Unilocal for everything and as far as nail salons go, I try to stick with salons that have multiple 4 and 5 star reviews, great pictures, and reasonable prices (any more than $$ doesn’t make sense to me). The Nails Bar only had two reviews, but some nice pictures of the inside of the salon. I could tell it had just opened, but I was enticed.
We walked in and were welcomed warmly by a few working that day. I grabbed one of their menus and took a seat on their plush couch. It’s a really open space which is nice because there’s nothing worse than feeling cramped when you’re getting your nails done. A couple of seconds later a young lady came over and answered all the questions we had. She asked if we wanted anything to drink. Every nail salon that I’ve been to that offers drinks usually has water, soda, and usually a white and red wine. We both just requested a water.
My boyfriend was getting a pedi to keep his feet in tip-​top shape. The chair was ready pretty quickly and I even saw that they helped him find the perfect setting for the back massage. I was led to a different chair to get my nails done. My nail tech was Tony and he was pretty great. We talked some, but he stayed focused the entire time. He expertly removed my black nail polish (really it was more of a dye and I’ve seen lesser nail techs leave a lot of remnants of this same polish on my nails). I got a simple pink & white set. My nails are lined perfectly and finally someone who understands when I say I want them as short as possible that means I want them as short as possible. The process was completely painless and he event went as far as cleaning up my cuticles.
As we were both being worked on I saw another woman be brought a Pina Colada. A freaking Pina Colada. Turns out they have a full bar and I mean a full bar. It’s situated at the end of the salon, but they’ll make you just about anything and it’s all complimentary. This really set this salon apart from any other I’ve ever been to in EP. We decided to also get a glass of Moscato. I didn’t even ask what Moscato it was because after I saw the huge bar that could easily be found in a classy bar, I trusted whatever they were going to serve me. The Moscato was perfect for the atmosphere and I’d totally buy this wine for at home. Next time I’m definitely trying out some of their mixed drinks.
One other thing I noticed. There were a couple of people getting their nails done while we were here and a few getting pedis with polish. There was no noticeable nail salon smell. Even though all the usual chemical suspects were present, I didn’t smell anything. Not even when chemicals were right in front of me. This may have something to do with the space, the ceiling and perhaps they have the perfect settings on their air conditioning system. Either way, I like that.
I 100% recommend this salon. You will enjoy your experience and they definitely know what they’re doing here.

In El Paso this is a great Nail Shop. My girlfriend and I were in need of some pampering and as she is a Unilocal Goddess, she found this place. I am an avid runner so keeping good care of my feet is important. This is a fairly new place but was well staffed and accepts walk ins. I was pleasantly surprised that the décor was very upscale looking with glass chandeliers and a yah get this… a Full Bar! The quality of the workmanship was very good. I elected to do the Classic Pedi $ 25 with included a light callus scrub and leg message. While in the chair, they offer you free booze! I had a glass of moscato wine but could of had two :). Once I was complete, they adjusted my chair and allowed me to get another 15 minutes of chair massage while waiting for my woman. We will most definitely return.

Shop is gorgeous! Only been open 2 months… very clean. Gloves worn. Tools were in sealed enclave bags. There’s an actual pedi menu. I was offered wine, margarita or piña colada. Nice pereonnel, too.

Best nail place ever!!! I got a pedicure and it was just fantastic !!! They even served me a complimentary drink and a snack. Everyone was friendly, they asked me what did I want and they gave me exactly what I asked for. The prices are just great !!! Definitely coming back every month ! In love with it !

As soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted, I didn’t have an appointment but still they were able to take me in, I got a French manicure with acrylics and it was the most fabulous service ive ever gotten, my pedicure was even ever, they have pedi chairs that massage you! The coconut treatment was my favorite, the lady who did mine was very talented! Will come back at least once a month! :) :) :)
